I was looking for a low cost affordable clean and safe place to stay overnight (I was travelling on my own, female, 50s) between taking the train from Paris and catching the bus to Lisbon. This hotel is very basic, but I fully understand why it gets such excellent reviews. I was arriving late, so I did an online check in, which gave me the code for the front door and my room. I arrived having not had dinner, but there was water, fruit, snacks, and coffee in the lobby, which worked for me. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Even a good hair dryer! The hotel is very close to the bus station, something that was important for me also. Overall, great hotel for my needs.

The hotel is in an excellent location- very easy to old town, the other parts of the centre and Gros. It was lovely walking to the beach in the morning for breakfast! The staff were very helpful and booked us taxis etc. The room was big, modern and clean, with a huge bed. The only improvement I would suggest is tea and coffee in the room (but it was still good to have it downstairs).

Hôtel impeccable, personnels très sympathique, bien situé et facile d'accès. Petit déjeuner, goûter, boissons chaudes, gratuites et en libre service. Manque un peu d'insonorisation mais dans l'ensemble vraiment satisfaite 👌

駅やバスターミナルからのアクセスが良い。フロントは深夜は不在になるので遅い到着予定の場合は事前連絡が必須になるので注意が必要。フロント横にパン、果物、コーヒーなどのサービスがある。

Las vistas de la ventana eran básicas a un patio de luces, la ubicación en cuanto a parking no ha sido de agrado, ya que la regularización del estacionamiento en san Sebastián es muy complicada y el hotel no tenía parking.
