This Aparthotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Tenerife. The apartment is large, nearly all have a sea view (ours was obscured by tropical trees filled with beautiful tropical birds - a pleasant bonus). The pool really is filled with filtered seawater, which is emptied weekly, cleaned then refilled. When you swim out to the deep end (nearest to the coast line) you can see a beautiful view of Mount Teide on a clear day). The entertainment team offer relaxing poolside group stretch/pilates sessions most days, with stunning backdrops of the ocean/ pool & mountain all at once. Some afternoon light fun activities for families which include darts, boules, aquagym and themed fun by the pool most days (weather dependent of course). Excellent bus routes link this Aparthotel with the south airport (40 mins on the bus) which offers further routes around the island ((we took a bus to Santa Cruz for the day for museums and shopping & Playa de las Americas for sandy beach days ). The aparthotel is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, excellent cafe's. A 5 minute walk greets you with a small Marina filled with sea-view restaurants for locally caught seafood specialties. Make a little effort with the language and you will be welcomed with open arms (not a Brits-abroad town). The aparthotel has a very small sandy beach next door which offers excellent snorkelling. The on-site restaurant has good quality food, evening live music and a really good daytime poolside menu.

We stayed for a week in March in a 3rd floor apartment.We arrived early so Used the luggage lockers (2 euros) to store our bags and were able to use the facilities until check in. Really lovely helpful lady in reception. The pool is massive, saltwater and fantastic. Pool area very clean, loads of loungers, never busy with well kept toilets and a nice bar and snacks bar.

We had great time at Ona Alborada. We must to thank the whole staff, in particular Vanessa, Giorgia, Carlos and Carlos the Reception Manager for being looking after us. Special thanks to the breakfast staff as fot being the holy Easter week, they have been over any expectation. They were all and above , massive queue every morning outside but very smooth going through...the lady welcoming us at the breakfast was just amazing and was also everywhere during breakfast time. The whole staff i have to say very attentive and professional at the top level. For an easy place like that they would deserve 10 stars, not only 5. To everyone, a massive thank you for making our short holiday break memorable!!! Pretty sure we will see you soon again!!!

Everything was great except there was no evening entertainment at the hotel or locally so you would have to get a 30 min bus to las americas but 10/10 otherwise

Fijn dat er rekening gehouden werd met mijn gebroken been en daardoor korte loopafstand naar de lift!! Iedereen is zo aardig en klantvriendelijk. Alle leuke koffietentjes binnen een straal van 650 meter en veel leuke supermarkten die thuis koken heel leuk en betaalbaar maken

Der Boden vom Zimmer war etwas dreckig beim Einzug aber ansonsten war alles top top sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist wirklich nett nur man musste etwas mit denen diskutieren um Verbandmaterial zu bekommen zwecks einer Verletzung. Wir hatten Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr groß und bieten allen was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist wirklich Klasse. Nur schade das keine Getränke beim Abendessen inklusive sind. Man könnte wenigstens Wasser parat stellen. Es gibt auch Partys die Veranstaltet werden.

I came for four nights in January with a couple of friends and we loved it here. The staff are all lovely, the apartments are spacious and very clean. We only paid for the breakfast so cant comment on the rest of the food but I was inpressed by the breakfast, there was absolutely loads of choice. It was handy to then be able to prepare our lunch in the apartment and eat out in the evenings. The pool is a good size and i love that theres a little private beach too. Loved it and would 100% come again

5 Star Stay for Me at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas I truly loved my entire stay at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas and for me it was a full five star experience. One important thing to mention right away is to not judge this place by its cover. From the street the outside of the resort honestly looks rough and uninviting and could easily be mistaken for an old gulag style prison or some kind of underground secret bunker. However the moment you step inside the lobby everything changes and the atmosphere immediately feels welcoming relaxed and well cared for. I stayed in a recently renovated room on the third floor that overlooked the water and everything about it was perfect. The room felt fresh modern and comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up every day and looking out over the ocean felt like a million dollar experience and never got old. The pool area was one of my favorite parts of the property. The loungers were comfortable and it was the perfect place to relax all day while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. It was peaceful and ideal for unwinding whether you wanted to read swim or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery. The view from the pool area is truly gorgeous and makes it easy to lose track of time. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a nice variety of fresh options available each morning. There was a little bit of everything and it was more than enough to start the day off right. In the afternoons the bar restaurant was also excellent.
