We had a wonderful fivenight stay at the Bueno Azul. The complex is really lovely and immaculate. The front desk staff, cleaners, maintenance staff, etc, went above and above to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The pool is fantastic as well, but the pool barrestaurant left a lot to be desired. Despite opening hours being clearly marked, these were largely ignored and it was hit and miss as to whether the bar would be open or not. We did decide to reserve a few evening meals, but one evening we arrived, the place was closed! We had reserved the Sunday roast, but upon arrival, we were informed that the roast dinner had sold out. In the end, they said theyd do roast chicken, but we believed it had been smashed together. One of our party received half a yorkshire pudding yes, it was actually cut in half! And the veg was disappointing just peas and carrots. We are baffled by the shocking barrestaurant at such a lovely, wellrun resort, and would suggest that the general management take a good look at what is going on in this area. We had a great time despite the subpar bar service and would wholeheartedly recommend Bueno Azul to everyone. Id return and hope the barrestaurant improve. However, thank you to everyone else for a great time!.

In November 2022, we visited this resort, unfortunately, my wife suffered some ankle damage on a nearby pavement. The resort staff was very friendly and very helpful with hospital, taxi, and accommodation needs. Very appreciate the team for getting the pain over our shoulders. I hope we'll be back soon and avoid the pavements.

We will definitely return and expect more from the barrestaurant. At Bueno Azul, we spent five wonderful nights. The complex is pretty stunning and immaculately clean. Our stay was made pleasant and lovely by reception personnel, cleaners, maintenance employees, and other personnel who went above and beyond their duties. We had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly suggest Bueno Azul to anyone despite the awful barrestaurant service. Despite being clearly indicated, opening hours were largely ignored, and it was difficult to tell whether the bar would be open. Although the pool is wonderful, the pool barrestaurant left a lot to be desired. When we did decide to make an evening meal reservation, one of the evenings we arrived found the venue was closed! We had reserved the Sunday roast, but when we arrived, we were informed that the roast dinner had been reserved. The end result was that they would serve roast chicken, but we believed it had been jumbled together. As for the peas and carrots, the vegetable selection was subpar. The shocking barrestaurant puzzles us somewhat and would advise general management to take a close look at what is going on in this region.

This place is very nice. This place is very comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, the pool and restaurant are also very good. The office staff are very helpful, very helpful. Nothing too much problem. I can't wait to come back.

In November 2022, I visited this resort, and unfortunately my wife had broken her ankle on the pavement nearby. The resort staff was wonderful, helping us with needs in the hospitals, taxi, and lodging. Thank you for the ease of pain, we will soon be coming back, we hope not to be on the pavement.
