Our hotel stay was lovely. The room was large and well equipped and the view from the balcony was awesome. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The restuarant menu although small is also very good. I found all the staff very helpful and obliging . The only downside of our stay is that the hotel pool is closed (which is notified in advance ...seasonal pool) but as the temperature is 26/28 degrees it seems ridiculous that they dont open it. Additionally what we didnt realise is that it also means all of the outdoor area is closed. They really are missing a trick as bar/lunch sales would be much higher if the outdoor areas were open. Saying all this, we still had a wonderful stay and would come back

A beautiful, clean and good value hotel with large, spacious rooms offering stunning views over Melilla. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was generous and the pool is a great asset. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly with our broken Spanish. The rooms could do with a refresh, notably there's no ventilation in the bathrooms. Be aware that the hotel sits atop a hill so is a short but steep walk from the city centre and beaches. As an additional note, we found Melilla to be extremely safe, calm and friendly, but make sure you’ve learnt basic Spanish as a minimum as very little English is spoken here. Overall, apart from a few minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excelente trato por parte del personal, limpieza exaustiva en todas las ubicaciones, panorámica excelente de toda la ciudad, silencio y tranquilidad absolutos. Las instalaciones se han quedado obsoletas, le haría falta una pequeña puesta a punto. Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Melilla.

We had a lovely stay at Parador de Melilla. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, excellent attention to detail. Buffet breakfast was varied. There was a lovely pool. The Hotel in general has a very Grand vintage feel for affordable prices

On a hill overlooking Melilla harbour, the fortress and the art nouveau and art deco areas, the Parador is a quaint throwback to the 1930s when it was built. Food is good and service excellent for lunch or dinner with local Meliilan dishes which blend Moroccan and Spanish influences.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, and large clean rooms. I'll be back because there's plenty of free parking close to the city center on the way back up a hill. Near Melissa airport and ferry ports, nice bars, restaurants, and shipping.

Me ha encantado hospedarme en el Parador Nacional de Melilla. Las habitaciones son amplísimas, funcionales, con cuartos de baño grandes y muy completos. La limpieza es irreprochable en las habitaciones y en todas las estancias del Parador. La señal wifi funciona estupendamente y pude trabajar muy bien con mi ordenador. Dormí a pierna suelta en una cama muy cómoda. En la terraza de mi habitación disfruté de las magníficas vistas a la ciudad y al monte Gurugú. Las habitaciones son superluminosas, con un amplísimo ventanal que las aisla perfectamente de cualquier posible inclemencia meteorológica. En el Parador se respira mucha paz, no hay ruidos, es un lugar ideal para descansar, trabajar y relajarse. Además, está a dos pasos del centro de Melilla, que dicho sea de paso es un lugar precioso. El personal de este establecimiento es amabilísimo y brinda y trato exquisito al huésped, haciéndole sentir especial. La comida del restaurante es rica y variada, con una buena carta de vinos. El parking es amplio y gratuito. En fin, me quedé dos noches y me hubiera quedado unas cuantas más. Sin duda volveré. ¡¡¡Recomendable al 200%!!!

Das traditionelle und etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel gehört zur Gruppe der PARADORES. Die 3 Sterne sind gerechtfertigt, alle sind sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, Frühstück ebenfalls mit sehr aktivem Personal und vlt. etwas übertriebenen Anti-Corona-Aktivitäten: die Leute an der Rezeption + im Speisesaal haben sich ständig (!!) die Hände gewaschen, wir hatten den Eindruck: vor allem für die Gäste (Show). Ganz Wichtig: DER POOL IST 8 Monate im Jahr GESCHLOSSEEN! Nur während der "Sommersaison" vom 21.Mai bis zum 21. September ist er zur Benutzung freigegeben - Wetter, Sonnenschein, Temperaturen bzw. Corona spielen keine Rolle - also HOTELS.COM: dies bitte ausdrücklich in den Hotel-Angaben vermerken!!! Und: Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel und man hat einen tollen Überblick über den Hafen usw, aber: man läuft die letzten 500m streng bergauf!!! Trost: Taxi in Melilla sind billig, es gibt 4 Taxi-Stationen (sollte man kennen, sonst ist man ganz schnell irgendwo draussen und findet kein Taxi). Busse fahren selten.

Estupendo Parador,con magníficas vistas de la ciudad. Está bien ubicado, pero hay que tener en cuenta que se sitúa en la zona alta de la ciudad con una considerable cuesta para acceder a él. Magnífica piscina, buena y amplia habitación.

Everything was perfect! The room looked recently refurbished and the view from the balcony was stunning. Service in the reception and the breakfast room was always good. The pool was also nice. This hotel is much better then older reviews indicate. I will definitely return!

Clean. Safe. Credit card system did nit work for 2 cards three times. A Factura was also not available as receptionist said it would take him too long!!! Check is was grrat. Check out could h ave been a lot better.
