The location is right across from the beach, Playa de las Americas shops, restaurants, and travel further afield. We stayed here last minute for a quick trip and it was amazing. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, the pool was nice, the cook station beside the pool was a nice addition for lunch and had a really good feel about it.

My husband and I stayed for four nights at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. I could not have encountered any rude employees during our stay. The animation team was entertaining, and the food was also lovely. I am certain that if you stay a few weeks, it would become a little monotonous. Pizza was a wonderful addition. Every meal is prepared in a pizza oven. Although not the best I've ever had, the wine is acceptable. The spirits were fine. What you would anticipate. The water was warm enough to swim in. It was a little cold when you first entered, but you could easily remain there for 20 minutes, etc. The location was excellent. The other pubs, shops, and restaurants are all accessible on a five-minute walk away. The accommodation was clean and with very comfortable mattresses. I would unquestionably recommend Park Club Europe.

We're currently staying here and it's been great so far. The bartender named Ramon is fantastic! We were sued to check out in the morning and put a $40 deposit on our towels. When we went to the front desk and asked for our money back, they said it was the towel was gone and they couldn't help and went to them in the morning. Our flight is before the towel place opens. Can anyone give us an opinion or somebody from the hotel respond. I realize it's inky 40 but it's the taxi fare to the airport and we weren't told they had to be back.

I'm hoping to come back soon! Since we came in February, my 9-year-old has been asking about when we will be back every day. I've made a certain prediction for the following year! I truly believe this is a treasure in disguise. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and calm ambiance. Food and beverages were excellent, especially when you have a picky kid. There are many activities, and the entertainment was quite enjoyable. My daughter says she remembers everyone there and wishes she had taken more. The family room with the bunk beds was really roomy, with a bedroom for the parents and a living room with an outdoor terrace. However, we barely spent any time in the space! The neighborhood was also lovely. Such a wonderful setting! The only thing we could possibly improve on was the red wine's quality. During meals, we made the switch to only rose white and discovered that many others did the same.
