Communication with the staff prior to arrival was seamless and e-mail/text/phone response times were spot on. Check-in/check-out went very smooth and the reception staff were very professional and friendly. We arrived by car, so keep in mind on-site parking is limited and costs 12 Euro per day/night. The room was terrific; very clean, well-stocked with amenities, functional, comfortable, and spacious. Even had a balcony with an excellent view of the water and outlying rocks. There are a few restaurants on site. One is open for buffet breakfast (18 Euro per person), the other for evening dining, and yet another for tapas and such. All were very convenient especially if you stayed on site for the whole time. The pool is a good size, clean, and kept cool. The beach is just below with plenty of room to stretch out...even has a bar! Only complaint was some of the wait staff at the breakfast buffet and tapas restaurant. As for the buffet, no one came by to clear dishes off the table...not until people left. As for the tapas restaurant, some of the staff were extremely slow in taking orders and some with attitude. On a special note, I would like to thank one of the female receptionists, who unfortunately do not recall her name, but was very understanding concerning a medical issue with one of our family members. I would also like to thank one of the staff at the evening dining restaurant who came to the aid of our son who was stung by a sea urchin...separate medical issue.

Vista deslumbrante, acesso fácil e prático a praia. Quartos limpos e organizados, tive problema com ar condicionado e de imediato me remanejaram de quarto. Café da manhã com muitas opções e bom. Restaurante do hotel bem médio, e preços altos para o que entrega.

Positives are: (1) the priceless views, (2) the helpful staff, (3) the investment in an ocean view room with balcóny (our room number was 278). Negatives for us were (1) the availability of coffee on site, (2) the price of breakfast and the limited menu on site. Solutions for us were (1) taking the stairs down the hill to the coffee bar on the beach for half price espressos, (2) walking down the beach to another beach cafe - it was a long walk toward town to bigger bay (decend street sidewalk at right side of Cale de Pi resort and take path toward town), (3) walking into the town (20 ish min fairly level walk) or taking taxi there, and (4) taking taxi to Paloma (which is more of a village but it’s also a port stop, so it’s worth seeing). Enjoy :)

L'hôtel est idéalement placé en bord de mer,on peut directement accéder à plage. cet hôtel propose aussi la restauration qui est très bonne,le petit déjeuner est de qualité et avec un large choix. Nous avions une chambre avec la vue mer et un petit balcon,la literie est excellente! cet hôtel propose un parking avec de nombreuses places et aussi des bornes de recharge.

Troisième ou quatrième fois dans cet hôtel, cadre et vue exceptionnels, excellent petit déjeuner, possibilité de se garer et charger sa voiture, chambres refaites récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Sans parler que nous avons eu droit à un surclassement de chambre cette année 😁

Cheuk Wing

Our room was very cozy and featured a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the ocean, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, with a beautiful Cala right in front of the hotel, making it easy to access and a lovely spot to spend the day. We appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability, visible through details like the large, pump-style bottles for shampoo and body gel instead of small, single-use plastics, and at breakfast, jam and honey were provided in big jars for pumping out instead of tiny glass jars. However, the breakfast service itself had issues: the food was great, but the dining area was quite small. This led to overcrowding, and at one point, some food items ran out almost immediately. The spa is very tiny, but given the price of €15 per person, we found it to be acceptable. One major and concerning negative was a lapse in hygiene: the paper that is wrapped around the toilet bowl to indicate it’s been cleaned appeared to have been reused multiple times, which we found to be really gross. Overall, a hotel with a great location and view, good intentions regarding sustainability, but with necessary improvements needed in both breakfast service and, critically, housekeeping practices.
