In a need, we stayed here in June 2019, when our central hotel didn't give us the booking option, and we were pleasantly delighted. My son is wheelchair user, so we had not reserved an accessible room in advance. We were given a ground-floor room with excellent bathroom amenities, including a walk-in shower. Although the hotel is a short distance from the airport, a taxi would not be problematic. You ought to call reception to make sure it is running as there is a shuttle bus from the airport that departs from the bus stop, so if the taxi driver from Madrid hasn't often heard of it, let them know that it is in Torrejon. Both hotel meals and room service are excellent. The chair in the room was in the way, which was the only thing I would point out. We carry our own!.

The room's cleanliness was good. It was small but unusual for Europe. Great for a brief stay. The breakfast buffet was much better than expected. It was truly international. The only drawback was that the toilet paper was broken. The housekeeper and the front desk personnel were very pleasant and accommodating.

Because there were only a few hours between our flight and I in Madrid, I booked this hotel because the price for a family room was good. The staff is extremely friendly. The family room had 2 rooms and was quite spacious. Very nice beds and the air conditioning was quiet. I thought it didn't work first. Awesome new bathroom. Everything is clean. I can highly recommend this hotel for this purpose..

I booked the hotel for an overnight stay to catch my flight the next morning from mad airport. I checked and the check process was quick and the reception staff was very friendly. I booked an accommodation for a night stay and my room was very clean and the bathroom was great. We used the indoor garage which has an elevator access to all the other floors. We did not try the restaurant. Hotel is 17 mins away from the airport by car.

We reserved this hotel because it was near the motorway on our way to the Costa Tropical. It was challenging to get access, but you have to go into the airport hotel and follow the access road. The reception is shared between the two places, so it is quite confusing. Check in was fine, but you must pay in advance, which we have never experienced before. We had room 332, which overlooked the busy road, and the loud traffic, trains, and planes occupied it all night. It was so noisy, so the double glazing noiseproofing is absolutely rubbish. The room was an acceptable size and the twin beds that were pushed together to make a double were comfy. There are no tea making facilities, but there is a free bottle of water. The bathroom with a full bath was roomy and clean. We chose to eat light meals because we are in the middle of an industrial zone. There is a small cafeteria area. The service was friendly but slow, and the food was decent but edible, it took us 3 attempts to get the proper bill. The place was tepid with coach loads of Chinese tourists taking over the small bar area, so we didn't spend much time there. If you don't sleep lightly, it's probably ok and it and parking are cheap but I wouldn't use it again.
