The hotel was quite traditional, but full of character. There are no coffee/ tea facilities in the room, however there is continental breakfast and plenty of cafes around. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Its dog friendly and has a great top terrace.

Our room was well designed and comfortable, four poster bed with a great private terrace and lovely views of the old town. The hotel itself is well located and appointed with a good bar and lovely breakfast room. Just an observation and not a criticism, the light fittings are positioned to low and there are some repairs and new furnishings required to bring things to the highest standard.

Wunderschönes Hotel in Arcos de la Frontera. Sehr netter Empfang & sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Liegt in der Altstadt von Arcos. Tiefgarage gleich um die Ecke wenn man mit dem Auto reist. Frühstück gibt es für 5€ am Tag, Abends auch Getränke an der Bar. Kann dieses Hotel nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

Pequeño hotel, con mucho encanto, situado en una zona muy céntrica. No hay mucho problema para aparcar en esta zona. La habitación, muy original, con una bonita decoración, la nuestra, tropical, pero creo que las hay de diferentes estilos. Dispone de una preciosa terraza con unas vistas increíbles de este encantador pueblo blanco. El personal, muy amable. La limpieza correcta. Únicamente comentar que no dispone de ascensor, ya que es un establecimiento pequeño, casi familiar, pero aún así lo recomiendo muchísimo. Nos encantó

Very quaint hotel - all the main sites in Arcos are easily walkable within a few minutes from the hotel. Some of the finishes are a bit dated - I think it's perhaps more of a 2-star hotel and even the plaque on the outside of the hotel only has 1 star but, as I understand it, the Spanish hotel rating system is undergoing updates. The room we got definitely had a different feel than the ones pictured online (again, more dated) but nevertheless it was comfortable and did the job for our one-night stay. The shared spaces are lovely, including the rooftop patio. The staff were friendly and helpful. Note that there is no parking but the front desk staff kindly advised us that on streets where the curb and lines are painted blue, street parking within these marked areas is free. On a complete fluke (we were lost trying to find paid parking, lol), we were able to find blue-marked areas on Av. Miguel Mancheño, an approx. 5-minute walk from the hotel.
