Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only.

Very basic accommodation with plug sockets hanging out of the wall definitely needs some TLC but a lovely stay for the money

Great view of the ocean from our room (ground floor of third block up). Hotel was clean and service was great throughout. Food was surprisingly good for the price. Excellent value for money overall. WiFi only available in the public areas which was a little annoying.

As great welcome on arrival, room all ready for us, perfectly clean and comfortable. Weather was great and pool area and bar were used shortly after arrival then good food in the evening just what was needed for a long weekend break.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. As a Coeliac I found the choice of Gluten Free food excellent and the kitchen staff willing to provide additional Gluten Free options, on request.

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back.

We where received as VIP. As we came early we got free lunch while waiting for the room. All inclusive. Wow, so cool. Drinks, snacks and food so good, so easy. Glass and serving machines everywhere. The staff was fantastic. This felt like the Hub for experiences. All trips with boat, car and bus come by this hotel. We joined a boat trip with jetski, para sailing and swimming with snorcle. This was really something special. And they have show and happenings every hour. See board in reception. Thank you so much for taking so good care of us. ♥️

Buongiorno, siamo stati bene nella struttura…stanza confortevole, cibo cambiava ogni giorno molto buono e la pulizia quotidiana. Se dovessi fare un altro viaggio alle Canarie ci verrei di nuovo.
