Very impressed with the hotel and apartments, the complex was spread over a large area and very well designed, it felt open and there were lots of different areas with sun loungers, overlooking the sea in shade or sun, overlooking the pool either the busy main pool or the more quiet pool, which meant even though the hotel was fully booked you could still find quiet places. Every where was clean and tidy and the food was good. It would not take much too bring it up to a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately we did not initially get the sea view room that we booked, but the manager and staff made up for the error by sending a bottle of champagne and upgrading to gold wristband plus free safe, after 2 days we were moved to a perfect full sea view room, which was very much appreciated.

Emplacement très bien. Bungalows confortables. Nourriture très correcte. Manque un peu de choix en desserts le midi ;-) Plage superbe. Piscines ok mais froides, dommage. Globalement cela reste une très bonne expérience pour nous

Ottima pulizia, cibo ottimo e variato, personale cortese e disponibile ad esaudire qualunque tipo di richiesta. Un ringraziamento in particolare per averci lasciato la camera 4 ore oltre il termine poiché mio figlio non stava troppo bene.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une chambre spacieuse avec vue mer. Nous avons apprécié la propreté de l'établissement, ainsi que de l'ile en général. L'emplacement, avec accès direct à une longue de plage dorée est idéal. Les repas en particulier petit-déjeuner et diner sont très variés et bons. j'aime meme trouvé mon lait végétal d'amandes. Seul regret très peu de personnes parmi le personnel ne comprennent le français. Heureusement il y a la sympathique équipe FRAM.

This resort is absolutely amazing, booked a sea view room and had the best views for the sunrise and sunset! The food at he resort is fantastic always something different to eat, and fresh seafood, desserts and juices. They have amazing service options and I payed for the premium service at the resort as well as booking the all inclusive option. The premium services offered tea and coffee in the room, bottles of water and a beautiful basket of fruits. The gym was also great with fantastic equipment. Enjoyed the beach, clear water and beautiful sand. Expected the weather to just be warm especially in February but got an amazing dark tan due to the temperature reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius everyday which was fantastic and very hot!!! There’s so many sun loungers that you won’t need to feel like you won’t be able to find space to lay around the sun or the pool. Overall I could go on all day about how beautiful the resort is but it’s honestly the best and will definitely be bringing friends and family next year for another winter break!!! Thank you so much for an amazing time :)

Alle super freundlich (Kellner, Rezeption, Bars, Zimmermädchen). Auch alle Animateure. Davon, dass deutsche (wie in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben) unerwünscht seien, war nix zu merken. Allerdings gibt es zwei animationsteams zusätzlich zum hoteleigenen, jeweils von Frankreich und Italien, welche (insbesondere das italienische) sich besonders mit den Landsleuten beschäftigt.... Aber wir wurden nie unfreundlich behandelt oder weggeschickt, wenn wir zu denen Kontakt aufnahmen.... Essen war im breiten Angebot - für jeden was dabei. Highlight war für mich der gegrillte Thunfisch!!! Auch für Veganer/vegetarier gab es gute Angebote. Glutenfreie Sachen auch gut gekennzeichnet und auch laktosefreie Milch z.B. ... Top Hotel und Zimmer stets sauber. Rezeption Mega hilfsbereit mit zügiger Lösung bei unseren Problemchen.. Durch die weite Anlage "verläuft es sich" und jeder findet seinen Platz: Sonnenliegen am Strand, auf extra angelegten Terrassen mit Meerblick, an einem der Pools (Animation am Hauptpool, am anderen ist es ruhig, allerdings trifft man hier Familien mit Kleinkindern, wegen Rutsche und Kinderbecken) oder ein schattiges Plätzchen zwischen Palmen. Es gibt mehrere Bars, mein Favorit ist die Afrikabar am strandrand, sehr schöner Blick auf Meer, Strand und die Küste, außerdem konnte ich meinen Kids von dort aus gemütlich bei Kaffee/Mojito beim Beachvolleyball zuschauen.. Internationale Gäste (7 Nationen habe ich bemerkt) Kompliment für die Animateur-Abendprogramme!

Every aspect of our stay at this hotel had been excellent. The staff, entertainment, facilities, food and overall service were fantastic. We stayed for 1 week and every day got better and better as the week went on. Really pleased with SBH Monica Hotel.

Great all inclusive deal with varied buffets although not brilliant for vegetarians so I ate a lot of eggs and cheese but nice salad bar. Great pools and so near to the beach. Relaxing to go to sleep to the sound of the waves. Nice room but with traditionally hard Spanish beds but I have found the same in other Spanish hotels so must be typical. No tea and coffee making facilities in room which was a shame so bring your own travel kettle and tea bags if like me a cup of tea at any point in the day is an essential. There is a fridge in the room and a supermarket a five minute walk away so you could put a bottle of wine in and enjoy it on your patio or terrace in the evening but there is no patio lighting so a few candles might be nicer than relying on the bedroom lights. Some rooms have poor internet signal so I had to come to the main block to go on the internet as room signal was sporadic. This I wouldn't mind but you do have to pay 25 Euros per week for the privilege. Apart from these minor points the stay was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Estuvimos una familia de dos adultos y dos adolescentes. El trato del personal fabuloso, la comida aceptable, a pie de playa... una relación calidad - precio muy adecuada. Estuvimos en régimen de todo incluido y muy bien. Hay que adaptarse al horario alemán. La inmensa mayoría de los huéspedes son de esa nacionalidad. Todo está enfocado a ese público, hasta el punto de que algunos de los animadores no hablan español. Salvando eso (nosotros no estamos interesados en la animación), todo lo demás muy bien, los apartamentos buenos, la limpieza aceptable, muchos detalles por parte de la dirección del hotel. La comida abundante y lo que se puede esperar en este tipo de establecimientos. Nada que objetar. El hotel en primera línea de playa (aunque no es de las mejores). Las piscinas tranquilas, sin demasiado bullicio, propias para el descanso. Muy recomendable.

Da ich schon 3x dort war. Hat es sich sehr verändert. Das Personal an der Reception muss besser Orientiert werden um Auskunft zu geben. Habe auch ein Mail geschriben ich hätte gerne ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Hatte keine Antwort bekommen. Bei der Ankunft wollte er 1000 Euro aber ich habe alles im vorau 2000 Euro schon längst bezahlt. Only thick curtains, not netted ones as 5yrs ago been taken down. Can't have natural light and privacy on ground floor with public footpath immediately outside. Had to have aircon 24/7 as security risk to open door at night
