Since ZAHOBREÑA is composed of 5 more homes it is good that we agree on some basic rules of coexistence:
Limpieza: la casa se entrega en condiciones óptimas de limpieza. Por favor al abandonarla, dejadla en condiciones aceptables. En caso contrario se cobrará 50€.
Try not to make noise too late (maybe someone comes to rest and wants to sleep early), try not to make noise too early (maybe someone gets up late).
WC: please don't flush tampons, pads, bathroom wipes, cotton balls, band-aids, strings, cigarette butts, dental floss, etc. down this toilet. These items create clogs and backups in the sewer systems.
Kids under 6 are not allowed to bathe alone.
Cleaning: you receive your cottage in a clean condition. Please make sure you leave it in acceptable condition. Otherwise, 50€ will be charged.
Pool schedule: Available from 11 am to 8.30 pm. Please, comply with the following pool rules during your stay:
Agua: el agua es de pozo, por favor no bebedla. Sin ningún problema la podéis utilizar para ducharos, cocinar, lavar,… ¡pero no es agua potable!
Parties are not allowed in Zahobreña.
Disponible una cuna con una tarifa de 20EUR por estancia y quitando la mesilla de noche en uno de los cuartos para que entre perfecto.
Trash: please throw your trash bags in the trash container.
Mascotas: no aceptamos
There is no lifeguard.
Basura: tirar la basura en el contenedor.
Diving headfirst is not allowed.
Queda prohibido el uso de este alojamiento para fiestas. ZAHOBRENA está compuesto por 5 viviendas más y es bueno que guardemos unas normas elementales de convivencia: Procurad no hacer ruido muy tarde (quizás alguien venga a descansar y quiera dormir temprano) y tampoco hacer ruido muy temprano (quizás alguien se levante tarde). Respetad las zonas comunes, no dejar bañadores, toallas, etc.
WC: por favor no arrojar compresas, tampones, toallitas de baño, discos de algodón, tiritas, colillas de cigarrillos, hilo dental… por el WC. Estos productos obstruyen las tuberías de y crean atascos.
A Crib is available for 20€/whole time of your stay. You will need to remove one of the nightstands in order to be more comfortable with the crib.
Water: the water we use comes from a well therefore it is not recommended for drinking. You can use it for bathing and cooking without any problems.
It is mandatory to shower before getting in the pool.
Glass objects are not allowed.
Respect the common areas, do not leave swimsuits, towels, etc.
