We had never been here before, so we decided to return this time. We were hoping to try the grand facade of the 5-star motel, but were rather dissatisfied with it, so we decided to stay here. When I say the hotel's employees are fantastic, I mean it. Some have been there for many years, and I don't believe there has been a single employee who is not cheery and they all say hello! The staff feels that they can not do enough for you when you arrive at the hotel. When it comes to the food, I've heard people complaining that there isn't much choice and that there isn't much to choose from, but I feel unfair. There isn't much choice, but the food does repeat, but there is a great selection, and unless you are really fussy, you won't starve! We always choose the exclusive service because I think this works well for us. When I was there, I saw someone go through the doors, but when they went out, they refused to serve drinks such as coffee and spirits, and beer throughout the day, and I did not use the restroom to take them out for lunch, which can be very easy when on holiday. No location is perfect, and I'm sure there will always be flaws if you're looking for them, but it was excellent, so we stayed in

The location was close to the beach, the Slam Park, and the airport and only a short distance from the airport by walk. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was also really helpful and the friendly employees could suggest that we change rooms on the first night. The food was excellent, there was not much choice or rotation but they were just there for a short break, so maybe they have a fridge in the room. I would suggest this place to others.

I would definitely stay here again. Great visit to this beautiful hotel. The hotel is modern and spotless, but the best thing is the staff. They go above and beyond to assist at all times. Special thanks to josef in the bar hall for his kindness in the evening. The food is amazing too.

We got the free glass of cava. When we arrived at the hotel, checking was simple, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a complimentary glass of cava. We had chosen a standard pool view room, which was simple but perfect and was regularly cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast is something we rarely take on vacation but it was too good to miss here! A good selection of fruits, hams, cheeses, breads, cooked breakfast, pancakes, and any type of eggs, including an omelet station. We booked a bed and breakfast rate, so I can't comment on the evening food selection. We did get a sunbed every day, but we had to be up early for this because everyone was reserving towels and the hotel did nothing about it. Anytime after 9. 3010, they were all taken. If you are quick enough to acquire a padded sunbed, the basic ones are very uncomfortable and many of them are still broken. Excellent entertainment during the day and at night. If you have a pool view room, you can watch the evening entertainment from your balcony, which is nice. Using the safe can be arranged for a fee up to rp or rp if necessary. The hotel definitely deserves this and made it special for me and my wife on our honeymoon. With champagne in the suite and the staff did a great job withstanding the experience and we will definitely visit again with family.
