I just stayed a night, but it was a wonderful experience. I shared a room with 7 other people. They were friendly and quiet at night. No issues at all. Theres even a cheap cafe in the lobby where you can eat breakfast. The location couldn't be better as it's close to the large Gothic cathedral and Salazar. Thank you!.

First, thank you to the employee manager staff, who gives us 5 stars. They provide some nice and informative assistance while cheering and joking. They are genuinely supportive. I hope management will recognize their efforts in some way and acknowledge their efforts. They are incredibly helpful in responding to any questions I have or anything I require. Thank you both! The only factor in my decision not to give the place 5 stars was the bunk room. There is no curtain or cover to provide privacy, and the bed lacks doors and blocks to the sinkshower section of the room. However, the hostel is in a great position in the city.

The staff was amazing, even the wifi wasn't working, and they didn't even provide a dryer because they don't have a deposit, but it's simple to fix it.

Excellent service and staff with friendly receptionist. And then, the room cleanliness was great. After that, the experience during my three nights there was so unforgettable. Besides that, we will definitely stay there again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. This is the most recently opened hostel of the Savile chain, the only one I have encountered with fingerprint recognition, so it is a big bonus! The hostel is central and close to everywhere by train or bus, the staff is helpful and helpful around the clock, I have already mentioned this once.
