I'm not usually one to post reviews, but after reading the evaluations of this hotel before we went, I believe some are sneble. Yes, this hotel is a Spanish hotel, the food and entertainment are both in Spanish. If that's not what you're after, consider Blackpool. We had the most wonderful time at this hotel. It is directly out of the way, with a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The beach says 15 minutes to walk, but it's downhill and only takes 5 minutes. lovely, spotless, and peaceful beach. if you want to enter the center of the chaos and nightlife, there are local pubs and restaurants, and a quick, easy taxi. We did this two of our four nights, staying local and relaxing the other 2. A perfect balance for a relaxing vacation. The food was excellent, but no chicken nuggets and chips, so if you don't like Spanish food, go self catering because there are many wonderful, reasonably priced local restaurants serving all kinds of cuisine. The room was large, spacious, and had a balcony. The cleaning service was excellent, and the pool's view was pleasant. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and happy.

Although the hotel was lovely, we were the only British residents there. Although there was no refrigerator or tea or coffee-making equipment, the rooms were cozy with complimentary air conditioning. Ours, 301, had a double and single bed, shelving, a wardrobe with a safe inside, and was charged one euros per day with a 10-euro resale deposit. Our hotel could share its amenities and entertainment on the balcony because it overlooked the motel alone. Suannah, Gladys, and Rosa, the bar employees spoke English, and they were extremely courteous, caring, and friendly. Sergio from the animation crew put in an effort and our greatest appreciation for his kindness, patience, generosity, energy, and most importantly, his love of his job. It's a credit to the hotel, but it's unfortunate that nothing was ever translated into English. Nothing was too much difficulty for the hotel, and the front desk personnel was courteous, none of it was rude towards anyone in order to accomplish their work. While we were on full board, we ate quite little in the restaurant. Although the bed was never changed once during the week we were there, it met the Spanish palette and there was very little English food available. To be fair, I slipped one day and placed the do not disturb sign on the door, maybe this was the day our linens were due to be changed, I'm not sure

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly. Although the pool is small, it is clean and comfortable. They also served good food. You can only walk across the street using the hotel's facilities. We arrived in Benidorm on a short bus trip for 1.50 euros or went down to the local beach and cafes.

I really had a good time here. The bar staff is very friendly, Oscar, sylvia said it would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Breakfast might be better but the other thing is nice.

Overall a quiet place in a mainly Spanish area far from the chaos of central Berlin, but on reflection, I probably won't be staying here again. Excellent, affordable hotel that's clean and well-kept, and friendly staff even those who spoke English, but let down by the breakfast catered very much to the mainly Spanish guests, there were no kettles in the rooms and a badly situated pool that didn't get the sun till sunrise, which meant the water was freezing cold and it was warmer swimming in the sea. Despite that, the bar staff was really nice and couldn't have been nicer, especially oscar and damian.
