Enjoyed the staff, very reliable. They were able to guide us in all our activities. A very lively group, nice smiles everywhere. Amazing breakfast, abounded choice of food suited to satisfied all sort type of craving.

This is an amazing hotel in the centre of Madrid - brand new & luxurious with big, well styled rooms. The staff were fantastic, the food in the restaurant was great, and the rooftop pool is simply amazing! My only comment is that there is no desk in the room (unusual for most hotels) if you're planning to work like I needed to - there is a single table but it's low down and fairly small so wouldn't be comfortable for a days work.

Beautiful stay with thoughtful touches throughout. Flor at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better from start to finish. I especially loved the luxurious bathrobes, excellent shower pressure, and relaxing pool area. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe—the key card system only allowed access to your assigned floor, which provided an extra layer of security and peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely with lots of space. The pool on the roof was great and the views were amazing. The only issue we had was that there were no usb sockets in the room and this was a new hotel. We are going to book to go back there next year.

I had a very comfortable and great stay for the time that I was at Urban hive. Location was really great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. As a single woman travelling, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again as I felt safe comfortable and well looked after..

loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. The hotel was conveniently located to everything. Madrid is a very walkable city. The staff at the hotel was great, extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me an extra hour to check out which allowed me to explore the city a little more before my flight. The rooftop pool is beautiful too overlooking the city. The pool itself and the area is a little small (seats get taken pretty quick) but I think that's typical for European cities. The view is almost like an infinity pool, but not quite. I loved Madrid and will be back and will plan on staying at the Urban Hive again.

Increible! Es un hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid. El hotel es nuevo por lo que todo está super limpio y en excelentes condiciones. El desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones insonorizadas para que disfrutes de un descanso placentero Las personas de la recepcion fueron muy amables y dieron ayuda cuando lo necesitabamos.

A sparkling new hotel in a fabulous location in central Madrid! Urban Hive has a very fun vibe, gorgeous views of the city from the rooftop pool, and some very creative amenities, including refillable Brita water bottles, and a workout mat and small weights in the room. Comfy bed, and I had a huge tub in my room which was incredible -- though the shower/tub knobs are confusing and ill-placed and the drain plug is a puzzle (need written directions). But overall, a really wonderful hotel! Most notably, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were absolutely superb -- so smart, kind and helpful. Now that I've solved the mystery of the drain plug, I'll be back!

This is a brand new hotel. Everything is so well thought out. The quality of everything is excellent. Great location in the center of the city. The hotel is just off to the side of the main street, so you feel a sense of privacy. Overall an amazing hotel and great value for the price. I highly recommend.
