The manager and staff of this hotel made you feel appreciated and welcome. Very nice rooms, clean and attractive. Very much enjoyed my stay at this great hotel and the small, quiet, friendly village of Sutras! Loved the hike up into the hills outside of town to the ruins of an old, mystic castle in the distance.

We were so glad we went away from the usual tourist destinations and found this beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful, with a lovely terrace and view. The people were so friendly and looked after us so well, and the locals also helped to translate for us, very kind. The food was beautiful, such a welcoming place. Highly recommend.

We were taking a leisurely vacation through the hills west of Castellan, and thus, northwest of Valparaiso, in Spain. We made the decision to stay at this hotel by chance, thinking correctly as it turned out that onda would be too crowded and clogged with slow-moving traffic to be a nice place to rest our heads. The fact that we discovered sera, hidden in the hills to the west, was a positive development. Visitors should be aware that the hotel media is tightly enclosed by the narrow streets of the village center, and if you travel by car, passengers must be towed off, and the driver must park about 250 meters away. The hotel proprietors were excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. After enjoying the kitchen's pleasure, it was a disappointment to discover the next day that the breakfast, despite being included in the price, consisted of dry toast, massproduced mini packs of margarine and jam, and cellophane wrapped cakes. The entirety of the hotel has some lovely furnishings and interesting features, and our room was immaculately clean. We traveled on a cool, wet, may day, and we were left unsure about the wisdom of keeping in mind the heat already being produced inside of covering the hotel facade in glass. I had the pleasure of staying here after attending a football game. Beautiful area quiet, comfortable and immersed in nature and the local community. Historical surroundings too despite the small population. The owner jose was a real gentleman, he facilitated a late check and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Well worth checking out and good value for money. Thanks so much Jon Ireland.
