We reserved this hotel as we had decided not to stay in Saranda after leaving the ferry from Plymouth. It was in a great place, very peaceful, very comfortable and so quiet that we overslept the next morning. We didn't sample the breakfast because we are not morning people, but instead, we made our coffee in the room using our own kettle. We will definitely stay again when we take our car to Spain.

I stayed here at the end of November. It's difficult to find it even with a satellite navigation, but worth the effort given that it is in a beautiful town. The hotel is modern and with a boutique concept. I think we were the only guests, which made it a little odd. But I didn't want to use the bar. It doesn't matter what the cleanliness is or the customer care is. Basic but good breakfast, especially toasted croissants, fresh orange juice, fruit, cheese, and a selection of bread.

I highly recommend this place if you are driving. 25 miles from Salander in a charming rural area connected to Salander by highway in only 20 minutes. Room was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. There are plenty of parking places around the property. Breakfast was adequate for 6 people starting at 9 a.m. There are restaurants nearby.

The interior was wonderful, but the way we stayed made us realize that aesthetics pushed practicality toward the side. It's fantastic to have an iron bested four poster, but our feet were constantly bumping the ironwork at night. Lovely shower, but with cobbled walls and floors, on the verge of a small bathroom. Very kind employees who assisted us with our itinerary and numerous background information. Breakfast is standard, but Id prefer a buffetstyle brunch over table service. This was the only hotel stay out of seven stops where wifi could not connect an iPad or laptop, but it might be a technical error. This is the ideal location for visiting the palladium Nueva del Castillo, which is a neighboring area. So overall rating started at 5 but declined throughout the stay.

We advise this hotel. I was a little skeptical about this place, but it was fine. A lovely woman checked us in, made us a tasty breakfast, and basically did everything else around the place. She didn't speak much English, but we got along surprisingly well with my limited Spanish. She always had a smile on her face. Cute room with a lovely lobby on the second floor. The design is fashionable. We think we were the only guests. Super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice shower, weak wifi. Great location for people interested in visiting the local caves. Good value for the money.
