I spend a lot of time in Sevilla but have never tried this hotel before the hotel is in a great location everything is within walking distance I enjoyed sitting with the doors open listening to the music from the setas de Sevilla the hotel was very quiet and clean you but with no reception you are given a code you get a text in the morning to ask if you want your room cleaned The room comes with a small kitchen area with a microwave and kettle and Nespresso machine but there was only limited pods I had to ask for extras that arrived the next day the room I booked you also had use of a pool that was on the roof. I was lucky I went in March and the temperature was nice enough to relax around the pool The pool is not very big but if staying in the summer you would be mighty grateful for this pool it gets extremely hot and Sevilla in the summer months I would definitely recommend this hotel if only for the views from the rooftop

La zona del hotel es espectacular con unas vistas súper bonitas a las setas, la habitación del ático es espaciosa y viene equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar en tu estancia. Obviamente al ser una zona concurrida durante el día y tempranas horas de la noche hay ruido fuera, pero se duerme bien en la noche. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Fijne kamer op fantastische locatie. Wij hadden de kamer met het eigen zwembadje op het dakterras, wat gezien de hitte echt van meerwaarde was. Alles was schoon en netjes. De communicatie met de verhuurder via WhatsApp werkte prima, de informatie was duidelijk en op vragen werd meteen gereageerd. Bij ons ontbrak de föhn en die werd dezelfde dag nog bezorgd. De locatie is echt perfect, met prachtig uitzicht op Las Setas, dichtbij vele gezellige terrasjes, winkels, openbaar vervoer en de halte van de hop on hop off bus. Er is geluidwerend glas, dus je hoort weinig van de geluiden op straat. Keukentje is voorzien van wat borden, glazen en bestek. Koffie en thee is aanwezig. Als wij weer naar Sevilla gaan, zouden we hier absoluut weer verblijven.

관광지 한 복판에 있어서 위치 좋았어요. 들어가는 입구는 건물 사이에 딱 문 하나로 찾아야합니다. 저희는 방이 안쪽을 향해 있었는데, 비수기인 탓도 있겠지만 정말 조용했어요. 안락해서 들어와 저녁에 너무 잘 쉬었습니다. 키친쪽의 컵이나 그런 건 좀 신경쓰이는 부분이 있어서, 사용하기 전에 다 씻었어요. 그리고 세면대쪽 수전의 더운물 핸들이 툭 빠져 떨어지는 일이 있어서 그것도 좀 불편하긴 했습니다. 완벽한 숙소는 아니었지만 이정도면 불만 없고 편안했습니다.

An amazing location - right in the middle of the action at Las Setas. Penthouse is comfortable, has an amazing shower, good little kitchen with fridge and coffee machine. Check in was very easy despite no front desk, hotel is very communicative via WhatsApp.

A estadia foi ótima! O atendimento via WhatsApp impecável, muito gentil e cuidadoso. O hotel é muito bem localizado e, apesar de ficar de frente para um ponto turístico, é muito silencioso. O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente e foi muito importante no calor do sul da Espanha. Não tenho absolutamente nada do que reclamar.

Right in the center ..the view from our room of the "city of the swifts" was absolutely amazing . Room clean, comfortable and functional This is a city of affordable eateries and tapas bars to die for so don't really understand the need for the kitchen units..need clothes hanging/draws units etc.. but that's just my opinion.. There's no reception all communication is via WhatsApp strange for people of my generation (mid 70s) but don't worry it's seamless.. Would we go back .... Just booked

In the middle of everything. Hotel faces Las Setas landmark. Room was adequately spacious with comfortable double bed and modern bathroom. Super rain shower. Area was quiet enough most nights except Saturday. Taxis and buses half a block away.
