We didn't discover the Voodoo Suites at first because it was a little hidden. We called the number on the booking confirmation and they explained it to us. Jason greeted us with great joy. He was very welcoming to visitors. The room had everything you needed. The location was perfect, in the center on a side street of Gran Via. We extended our stay to see more about Madrid and the neighborhood. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and had our own bathroom. I would strongly recommend this hostel. Thank you in the end to Jason who did his best to make us feel welcome.

We would recommend this place for a short stay. We spent two nights here, and it was fantastically safe and comfortable. We got a private room with a private shower and shared toilet. It was simple to use, they let us drop our bags early and it was in a great part of Madrid!

I enjoyed the hostel staff a lot, they were extremely friendly and helpful especially girl with blue hair i. The room and bathroom were clean and the toilet was also clean but the shower doors could not be closed and also the large shower was broken. The location is perfect, all main sights are easily accessible in around 1520 minutes by walking. I recommend it for anyone who does not spend much time in hostel but loves the city.
