La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar caminando a muchos de los lugares especiales de Madrid. Por la noche se podía dormir sin ruido a pesar de los festejos mundialistas que ocurrían en la calle. El personal muy amable y siempre atento a cualquier petición. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas

The location is amazing. You can walk to any of the cities attractions from this location. The ac kept our room cold and they offered complimentary water bottles. Even though it was in the center of everything the room was quiet and we heard no outside noises. The beds were super comfy and the bunk held my 2 teenage sons fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Muito bem localizado, para compras ou visitas. Paguei €9 de Uber de Atocha até o local. Quarto com frigobar com delicias de 1ª necessidade, chaleira para chá, e até Champagne, além de microondas, etc na parte externa. Há duas quadras da Granvia, com cozinhas do mundo inteiro no entorno, além das mais importantes lojas que operam na Espanha. Foram 2 dias perfeitos mas se fosse uma longa estadia, teria ficado muito confortável, da mesma forma.

Estuvimos muy agusto en la habitación, mi hija y yo, recimendamos 1000% ya que está centrico y barrio tranquilo tienes alrededor los lugares mas significativos de Madrid cerca de supermercados, mercados, bares como el tigre a la vuelta, estacion del metro cerca y estaciones de tren, Sol queda a 5 mins caminando y el barrio de las letras tmb, la plaza mayor esta a 10 mins caminando y la gran via a 2 cuadras. La habitacion muy grsnde y comoda, la smartv fantastica, aire acondicionado y el baño a la medida privado, tiene un minibar y puedes utilizar el microondas de la zona común, el personal muy simpatico y atentos a las necesidades el tempo que estan ahi y la comunicacion por mail muy efectiva. Esperamos volver
