A sea is close and all location is best. The staff is very kind by a smiling face. Vincent often spoke in particular , he could stay happier. At the end of trip, he asked me for Tuk Tuk with a meter by his kindness. He arranged a driver for dropping me off at a high-speed AirPort bus stop. But,The driver doesn't use mater, charged 400Rs!! Moreover,he dropped me off at a local bus stop‼ Vincent is a very nice person.　The lowest driver did not have the respect for Vincent

We had a great experience staying here! The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The wifi was fast! And the shower had great pressure and heat. Staff is friendly here - very accommodating and friendly. They were able to arrange our airport transfer no problem. Location is close to the water, a block from a large grocery store, and short ride to Barefoot Cafe. We recommend staying here!

Good location & cozy room. Reception was quite good as well. No hair dryer so better be prepared for that. No lift to go up but porter helped immediately. Nice place

とにかくホテルスタッフの愛想がよいです！他のホテルにも宿泊しましたが、ここが一番フレンドリーです！設備は古いけど慣れると問題ありません！蚊が多いので日本からアース製薬の液体版ベープを持っていくとよいです。蚊さえいなければ最高です！ロケーションも最高です。近くにバーガーキング、マクドナルド、スターバックス、カーギルスーパーマーケット、マッサージがあります。真裏が海で歩いて１分もかかりません。Tuk Tukに乗れば、ワールドトレードセンターまで５分です。私はすでに２回宿泊しておりますが、泊まる回数が増えるとどんどん慣れてきて快適になります。とにかく蚊への対策があれば全く問題ありません。楽しんでください。

If you require a pool, a gym & a sauna, Comfort@15 is not for you. If, however, you wish to stay in a hotel where the staff are extremely obliging, caring and supportive (and will do their utmost to make your stay a memorable one), then you should book this hotel. I had 7 delightful nights at Comfort@15 and I commend it to you unequivocally. Here's a summary: Wi-fi - excellent (particularly in Room 101) Breakfast (Continental) - equal to a full-British breakfast Ensuite bathroom - excellent Room service - top class Air conditioning - (you'll need it!) very effective Registration/Reception - A** Welcome - faltless Room - spacious, clean, practical, well-furnished Bed - very comfortable and new Support staff - a credit to the establishment Location - excellent This hotel is close to Colombo's main shopping district and a mere stone's throw away from Galle Road (the city's main thoroughfare). 3-wheeler taxis are readily available and the staff are always willing to advise. I only wish that I had stayed for a further week. The warmth of geniune Sri Lankan hospitality awaits you at Comfort@15. The Indian Ocean is 150m away.
