The location is perfect, just in the center of Skiathos. It was very helpful and welcoming. The staff was so friendly. Besides that, they also clean and organized the room, which is also quite neat.

This hotel has a great location with a huge capacity and is well maintained. The location is in the center of the town of Skiathos, where all shops and the majority of restaurants are located. The apartment has a balcony and is spotless and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is cleaned and disinfected daily. The room also has a free wifi connection. The woman who works there also lives on the ground floor, so she can answer any questions you might have.

In September, my husband and I stayed here for five nights and were unimpressed. Our room was excellent, especially considering that we had a sizable corner balcony room. Despite having a view of the city and the hillsides, it was still serene and peaceful. We loved taking in the scenery from the outside. The remaining rooms have small balconies, none of which are wraparound. The accommodations were straightforward, yet exceptionally clean, quiet, and not at all smoke-free. The toilet was also adequate. Due to all the large cream tiles, the hotel was extremely clean, appeared fresh, and occasionally sterile. In the back of the building, they have a small parking lot, which was both a major factor in our selection of a room here. In no way better than trying to park our vehicle in tight, drab streets. The hotel's setting is fantastic. The marina and 1 block from the main street were only 5 blocks away. All the bars and restaurants were within walking distance.

The owner was so friendly and nice. We had a great experience with their apartments. They are cleaned every day, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. I also have a fridge and air conditioner.

Excellent location close to restaurants and beaches. Maria and her husband were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartments are clean and roomy, all facilities are nearby and a barbecue is also available on site.
