I had a fantastic stay at ME Colombo. From the very first moment I was warmly welcomed. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sanjula and Suraj who work at the bar/restaurant — they made my stay perfect. The food at the restaurant was very good, with something for every taste, ranging from Sri Lankan dishes to international cuisine. The atmosphere at the hotel was great, and the rooftop pool offered a beautiful view of the city. For this price, this is the most u can Get. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Colombo. This hotel gets a 10/10 from me and is highly recommended.

It’s not a big property, it has some height but not too much wide. But it’s well managed and have good view too. Food quality is better we tried their evening snack platter and that was awesome. Room space is quite decent and have all the necessary stuff. Duty manager and staff is very polite and helpful. Location was it’s good as well, one mall and street food market is near.

Pramash and the rest of the staff went ABOVE and beyond not only to make our stay comfortable but to ensure our travels further on from Colombo was smooth. He called the train station and checked which train we needed to be on for when, called local hospitals about whether we could book a PCR back in Colombo in a months time. Excellent and kind people and an all round lovely hotel!

We had a great time at this hotel. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the beds were comfy, the staff were helpful. There are shops all around which you can either walk or catch a tuk tuk, all in all it was a great spot.

We had a fantastic time at ME Colombo during a one week stay in Sri Lanka. What I love most about this place is the rooftop pool area. It was a great place to hangout and go for a refreshing dip. The views are great and the staff is top notch. They are very attentive and friendly. The rooftop bar however does not sell alcohol (they do not have a license for that) but you are welcome to bring your own at no charge. They have a food menu that you can order from. Shisha is also available. The rooms are comfy and very clean. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and a good value for money.

For 2 night stop over in Colombo we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Chosen due to its incredibly low price but had everything we needed and more. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean hotel. A bit out of the way from Colombo centre but only about £4 in a Tuk Tuk.

Excellent boutique hotel in Colombo. Just an important suggestion to hotel management, try to add a full sunblock (pitch black) type curtain so that the sun is kept out in the morning. Currently the sun really shines into the room in the morning and it's way too bright, therefore making it difficult to sleep in late if the guest wants to.
