Great location, a few minutes from Mirissa beach and next to loads of restaurants and bars nearby. The area is very safe while the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Отличное расположение, 50 метров до океана, радушные хозяева, готовые помочь по любому вопросу. Приятные номера с очень классной просторной верандой. Приезжали в этот гестхаус не первый раз, все нравится. Вай-фай есть, но временами очень медленный, ночью становится нормальным.

Ruhige Lage, da etwas zurückversetzt von der Hauptstrasse. 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum sehr schönen Strand von Mirissa. Einfache aber zweckmässige Zimmer. Tolles Bett. Preis/Leistung absolut gut.

Perhaps our favorite of the many places we stayed overnight during our time in Sri Lanka. The owners were really friendly and helpful and made sure to toss a cool bottle of water your way whenever you were sweating. This was also the only place which had a minibar, which is a big plus. The place also has a great atmosphere. Every room has a balcony which opens onto a large common area, which is great for dribking refrigurated beer and socializing in the evening. It is not the cleanest place we have seen as our room had some blood on the floor when we arrived, which stayed there for the full duration of our stay. But we really didn’t mind. Unfortunately the wifi was really bad to the point of being useless. The owners attributed this to the recent terrorist attacks, which occured during our stay. Another con would be the squeaky bed, for the most part we had to lie horizontal in bed during our lovemaking because we feared that the bed might collapse.The biggest selling point for us must have been the included breakfast. It starts out with a huge fruit platter including watermelon, pinapple, banana, papaya, passionfruit, yoghurt and once even avacado. The first day we thought this was the whole breakfast but than more plates arrived with the usual toast, butter, yam and omelete or fried eggs. All in all we were really happy with our stay. Location is great and you get great value. It deserves no less than a 10/10. X’es and O’es Norwegian couple

The family owner is very pleasant and can guide you to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants on a side street. The room was very basic but neat and spacious. The wifi here didn't work very well. Besides that, the location was perfect too.

During our trip to Sri Lanka, my husband and I stayed here for one month. After spending five months traveling from Thailand, we had just returned home, and after traveling for five months, we discovered the marissa beach inn to be a very convenient home away from home. The rooms are very roomy and all have balconies. Both in terms of proximity to the beach and the entire village, the location is ideal for strolling around. Because it is located far from a busy road, it allowed for greater peace and quiet. The whole building is tidy and bright. The family and staff are quite friendly and helpful. We were invited to attend the Buddhist New Year celebrations when we were there. The wifi worked perfectly for both my husband and I, both work remotely! With an entire plate of fresh local produce, breakfast was excellent! We're returning to Marsa Beach's best hotel, and we're staying here once more! Many thanks to Dhammika and his family, you are truly wonderful individuals! You won't be back soon.

I highly recommend this hotel. This place is recommended. Very comfortable place to stay. This hotel is close to restaurants and the beach. When electricity goes out they have a generator to keep things comfortable. The room size is spacious and also has nice hot water, toiletries, coffee and bottled water. The internet connections are good but the laundry service is a bit pricey. The hotel has a large room and a big bed with a good hot water, toiletries and coffee and bottled water.

The location of this property is excellent. A one minute walk gets you to the main road where there are shops and restaurants and then cross the street and you are in the beach. The room was big and clean but unfortunately I had to change rooms after my first night there. The fellow that runs the place is friendly and super helpful. There are lots of stairs in this property but the owner takes your luggage up to the room for you.

I booked a king room with a balcony, it was like a country house but with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was so good. And I will come back to stay here again.

This is a lovely family run small hotel in a quiet road only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The room we had was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. That breakfast was very good - masses of lovely fresh fruit.

Very nice stay. Good size room. Great breakfast. Wifi spotty. Good location across road from beach. Sun beds available at beach restaurants for 1000 rupees. Staff was amazing. Nice shared balcony with shaded tables. Great fun watching all the monkeys. Would stay here again.

Pros: Close to the beach and coconut tree hills. Spacious room, cleanliness was acceptable. Cons: No lift. They went into our room to switch off the air-cond which we are not comfortable with. We agreed to save electricity and save the earth, but we did that for some reason- 1. We were only out for late lunch and will be back soon. 2. The air-cond system is old, it took a long time to get cold.

The hotel is near the beach but not directly on the main road so there's no traffic sounds. The room was great. Big room and really big bathroom! The stuff was really helpful! Would come again.
