The location is near the beach and you can enjoy the good clean environment. The staff is very hospitable and attentive, as well as the wonderful service that they provide. The villa is very nice and well laid out in a very simple manner.

I reserved the hotel far in advance and charged quite a bit of money in an instant. After entering, two welcoming members of staff welcomed us, we later discovered that the main door in our cabana was missing. The resort's staff members were very kind and informed us of alternatives for us to explore. When I called the management owner to let her know about the issue, he was rudely told not to bother calling her or speaking to the employees there. She also stated that the property was under construction and there was nothing she could do at the moment, and that she had failed to let us know about the construction progress going on. In terms of directions, she also spoke with us in a rude manner and only responded after contacting her numerous times. She was unable to adequately communicate to her clients, which led to our dissatisfaction. However, the two ladies at the resort were quite welcoming and pointed out other locations we could visit. This place is a great place. Very close to a kite beach and in clean and comfortable rooms. It also serves excellent food. I can say it all. The owner, the man, and his stay were quite accommodating. She helped us with our camping and real trips. She was also always willing. We will definitely return. The room was lovelyr and the rates were a lot lower than at most kite camps. Because they are expanding there is some construction noise during the day. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

In January, we stayed at the villa of Kite Beach. Although the huts are of a reasonable size, they are a bit basic and in our experience a bit dusty. When kite surfing in Kalpitiya, be aware that the location isn't ideal. We would have given 4 stars, but the owner's bad communication forced us to spend significantly more than originally agreed upon. We also didn't receive a receipt for our stay, which was the first time during our entire stay in Sri Lanka.
