Had a great time in Sri Lanka, found that this hotel was close to local amenities. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and clean on arrival every time. Bed was so comfortable. Fully air conditioned rooms which was great.

This hotel is conveniently located near the shopping mall, railway station, wellawatta and the beautiful beach. If you are a hindu, Ramakrishna mission and other hindu temples are close to this hotel. Excellent to get a seaside room with a beautiful view and cool air.

Honestly speaking, there were several disappointments. First, the false information in online booking sites. Do not believe the online photographs. These are false photos. The real view is completely different. Free parking is advertised on booking websites. But, they will ask you to park by the roadside. After booking, there was no confirmation or communication from the hotel. The front desk staff's communication was horrible at checkin. He could not confirm my booking even after I saw the booking confirmation mail or id. He was confused and his communication was extremely rude. The rooms, I think, need to be repaired. Rusty dustbins and shedding leather chairs and beds make the room filthy. I think the management is not spending money for hotel maintenance and not supervision of the staff. The room boy and security guard were pleasant and have good behaviour. Though the room was decent, the stay was disappointing because of the false information online and the first communication of the front desk officer. average stay.

Importantly the floor - beautiful white floor tiles 2ftX2ft were everywhere and gave a very impressive upscale appearance. The furniture was moderate, and the staff were friendly and courteous. They could improve the TV by adding two more Sri Lankan channels, there were too many channels with foreign languages no local guests understands. If they could re-start the restaurant, they could attract more guests. Thank you - Steve from USA, stayed 18 nights

Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms need to be a bit more maintained. I had stayed here three years prior and this time felt it hadnt been maintained. But never the less good location and reasonable price.

Good property on the Marine Drive. Maintenance is an issue as almost right through our stay we had to call for help as the TV was not working .Found it strange that a guest has to collect his quota of drinking water from the reception. Unprofessional staff
