Très bel hôtel Personnel très sympathique Par contre nous avons du tomber la mauvaise nuit il y avait une fête de famille du coup on a eu de la musique à fond jusqu’à 7h du matin non stop Mais sinon super hébergement

Went to pool and they didn’t have towel but were told one would be brought over for us. We waited for a very long time and couldn’t get out and walk through everything wet but finally had to since they never showed back up. Then we had to call and ask for water three times before they brought any after we went to the front desk twice asking. Next was not really their fault but we asked for a tuk tuk to town so they called their guy and he tried to charge us over double the price. We said no and maybe it was legit if he had to drop us off and drive back. We got a PickMe instead and then the tuk driver was coming down the road and tried to run us off the road and got in a fight with our driver for picking us up.

I would definitely return! We traveled there to honor our young childrens birthday. We chose the hotel after reading several appealing images on the internet. There was a genuinely lovely vibe when we arrived at the property. You possess enough space to move about, and it is a really enormous building. The huge statues are captivating! Its an enjoyable way to observe our small oness colorful fisheries. The staff members on the front desk served us with a warm welcome, particularly front desk staff member Kevin who is a smart, welcoming, and a valuable member of the establishment. We had a fantastic time at the Serendip Stone Bungalow Hotel. The resorts first point of contact, the property manager, My. Manual, was incredibly cordial, and responsive, and more importantly, he was always accessible. The childrens pool, both aft deep, and the adult pool, both are wellkept. For the birthday decoration, the food and beverage personnel was very accommodating. A special thank you to Ranjith for providing excellent service and accommodating all of our specific requests for food and beverages. Thank you, chef. The food was excellent, thank you. The main door lock was damaged from both sides. The key tag is a bit large and always slips off. The main door lock was broken from both sides. No luggage attendant, you have to carry your bags from the parking lot to the room. Excellent food but needs improvement on the buffet. Only Ranjith from the restaurant provided excellent service. We stayed in room 402, which is close to the entrance parking area. Too noisy as you will hear vehicles moving at midnight and in the early morning. The room is dark and not satisfied with the lighting. No sheer curtain and only a thermal curtain are available. There is no tea or coffee making facilities.

I visited here to celebrate my baby's birthday. The place is peaceful and calm, ideal for unwinding. The food is excellent and our server is very attentive, unfortunately I forgot his name. A few things that need improvement, the cushion cover near the pool is filthy and covered in stains, and the changing area has large spider webs. I realize that the area is very quiet due to the current situation, but cleanliness is something we shouldn't neglect. But overall, our experience was amazing and we'll definitely return soon.
