I am satisfied with my stay at the Shinagawa Beach Resort. Our room was very clean and had a good view of the very close beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and of very high quality. The only drawback was that you had to drive 30 minutes to the next bigger village. It was a very good choice for a peaceful and relaxing beach vacation.

Lovely mid-sized hotel. All rooms overlook the beach, which is directly to the rear of the hotel. Great pool but the water is very cold because it is mostly covered and not heated by the sun. Staff and service great, food great buffet breakfast though for 2 of the 3 days we had to get take-out breakfast due to early starts for trips, lunch was extra and a good choice off the menu, dinner was a set menu with 34 options for main and 2 options for desert. I chose a lamb shank for one meal but what they served was 2 lamb chops mostly fat and bone with meat tough stick with local food and you should be fine. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the cleaners do some amazing bed art every day.

The suite is simply perfect. It is an ideal place to stay. Excellent hotel with all the amenities and tourist amenities located on the beach. The personnel is the reason for it's fantastic position, facilities, and wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to make your vacation unforgettable. The beds are spacious and cozy. The spacious garden is dotted with sunbeds to ensure that you can relax on your holiday. The hotel's superb service is at its core. All the meals are excellent and of excellent quality, with the finest western and eastern flavors on offer. The room is simply perfect. The beds are incredibly comfy and opulent. The ambiance is soothing and welcoming, but the pool is not too large or tiny. This place is fantastic for vacation purposes, because it is perfectly located on the beach.

We stayed at the Shinagawa hotel for a lovely, enjoyable stay to end our tour of Sri Lanka. The room was very well furnished and tastefully designed. Room service was great. The restaurant was lovely and served excellent food every day and excellent service, especially by Viral and Canada. The beach is also nice, with fine sand and a spacious bay for long walks. We will especially remember the staff's genuine kindness and excellent service.

I will come back to stay at this hotel again and again. They manage to maintain service standards even in the present bad conditions. When you call the receptionist, they respond immediately. Nice location and an amazing suite.
