Lets begin with the positives after one night here. We were given a nice welcome when we arrived, but we later learned that the manager was not the proprietor or manager. We had a room with adequate amenities, and the bathroom was large. But I have to assume that this is where the fun comes from. This is most likely the case with this place. Although quite common in Sri Lanka, they built a metal roof over the staircase, which made a great deal of noise because of the wind. Additionally, this caused significant leaks. The water in the ceiling was literally percolating, making enough mold and mildew for a serious health risk. Because the temperatures in Naragoza can quickly drop to the low 60s Celsius, the area has no heat. Even my large amount of bodily gases was not enough to keep the room warm overnight, possibly because all of the methane was released by the fungal cultures growing on the walls. We want to take a hot shower to prevent our constantly nagging, nagging arthritis after a chilly and humid night. We believe the manager would have told us that we needed to turn some switches for hot water if he had been there. Unfortunately, we discovered this only after we had already set for departure. This location is brand-new and spotlessly clean. There is ample parking. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds and bedding are really comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom with a water heater, and the living room has a huge smart speaker and a contemporary sound system. If you wish, you can stream movies on the usb, but there is no player, so no cos. There are only three rooms, perfect for a family or group. The water pump, which I believe is positioned on the ceiling, causes a very loud, bustling, and noise each time someone opens the faucet. You must specifically ask the hostess, who is a very helpful person, for kitchen access. Although there are no specific views from any of the rooms, it is close to the city center and accessible to all major roads.

This space is brand new and immaculately maintained. There is ample parking. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have incredibly comfy mattresses and pillows. All accommodations have water heaters attached to their bathrooms, and the living room has a big smart speaker and a contemporary sound system too. If you'd like to watch some films on the USB, you can, however, do not have a dvd player, so no cos. There are only three accommodations available that are ideal for a family or group. The only downside is the water pump, which I believe is mounted on the ceiling and produces a very noisy buzzing and vibrating sound as someone opens the faucet. You must specifically request kitchen access from the host, who is always helpful. Although there are no particular perspectives from any of the rooms, it is very close to the city center and close to all the major roads.

Lets begin with the positives after one night here. The location appeared to be quite clean when we arrived and a friend who we later discovered was not the ownermanager, more on this below. Our room and bathroom were spacious and sufficiently furnished. But I am afraid this is where the fun ends with this location. The building itself isnt finished. This is a fairly common situation in Sri Lanka, but the roof over the stairs made a loud noise from the wind. This caused major leaks. Rainwater literally slammed through the ceiling, causing enough mold and mildew to be considered a serious health threat. The location has no heating, which is unfortunate because the temperatures in nara eliza can quickly drop to the lows celsius. Even my high volume of bodily gases wasnt sufficient to heat the room overnight, presumably because all the methane was absorbed by the fungal cultures growing on the walls. To combat the frequently growing arthritis, I would have loved to take a hot shower after a chilly and humid night. We are certain that he would have told us that we needed to switch some switches for hot water if the manager had been available.
