We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again

Great boutique hotel. Chic vibe and verh modern aesthetic all round. Staff is great. Only feedback would be having a wider room service menu and a bigger TV! The one right is tiny and not smart. Great stay overall. Arguably the best hotel in the Mirissa beach area.

Spacious rooms, with great views from the balcony. The pool was really nice and staff cleaned it thoughout the day. Breakfast was very filling!

The boutique hotel was very chic and modern. Very clean and nice sun beds and pool. The staff was extremely nice and made sure all of our needs were addressed. The hotel room was very clean and beautiful. The suite with the private pool was one of the best rooms I have stayed in and had very modern interior design. The room was spotless and spacious and we all had a lot of space. The communication prior to arrival was very good via email as I wanted to get a car service to pick us up from the airport. Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, mostly in Europe and across Asia. There was something about Triple O Six that I can’t quite put my finger on but it was amazing. From start to finish, the staff were FANTASTIC. Really really helpful.e.g one evening I asked about antihistamines for an allergy and they had none, but went out specifically to get some for me!! That’s just an example but throughout our stay they were friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was ever too much for them, from the restaurant to the reception. They were happy to chat and you can tell that despite the drop in business following the Easter bombings they’re a delight to engage with. How all hotel staff should be. The rooms were equally wonderful - spacious, clean and modern. The nicest triple room I’ve seen in a while. Complementary balcony with sea views was the icing on the cake. All in a all, a lovely stay at a well-appointed hotel in a good location (right opposite Coconut Tree Hill!) and a 30-sec walk to the beach. Good choice of restaurants within a 5-min walk and great ambience - ridiculously relaxing despite its central location. Definitely stay here if you’re in Mirissa - you will not regret it!

The staff were brilliant. The room was excellent and clean. Probably only area for improvement might be breakfast. Perhaps a little overpriced for the standard of food. Would definitely stay here again. A great option in Mirissa.

Excellent hotel, friendly attentive staff. Great location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach but close enough to Tuk Tuk in 5 minutes. Hotel is ideal for couple, groups, families and backpackers.

The staff at this hotel was extremely attentive and welcoming - they were even able to get car transfer to/from Colombo, at a very reasonable price. The rooms were very clean, and the ambience is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Mirissa.

Lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are large and modern with good sized balconies. The pool was lovely and warm. We only ate in the restaurant once but the food was very good. It is a short walk to the beach so it’s easier to get a tuk tuk, there are plenty waiting outside the hotel. The staff went the way extra mile for us which makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
