We are group of 11 people and gladly stayed at this hotel for the night. It's only walking distance to the beach. And hotel is clean, room is large, breakfast in large portions.

This is a sad conclusion to a wonderful vacation. I booked this accommodation online for two nights before returning home. The hotel is simple but our room was clean. Our room had a safe, tea and coffee, and a refrigerator. The man in reception insists we pay in rupees when we check out. Their rate meant we would pay 19 dollars more than the booked price. We refused. The receptionist called the manager and said this was because the government had increased the tax not true. Eventually they took our money in dollars the booked price we had a great time touring Sri Lanka staying in a number of hotels. This is no problem anywhere else.

We stayed for one night, unfortunately during the coronavirus curfew. We couldn't have had a better experience during this difficult time. The staff went above and beyond, 100. They were always professional, friendly, and helpful. The bed was huge and really comfortable, and the food was beautiful. The pool was spotless. Perfect for a night near the airport or a longer stay. Very good value for money.

We stayed here for one night prior to catching the flight out from Bandaranaike Airport the next morning. The hotel is in Negombo which is a very very busy, very touristy area very close to the airport. This hotel is just ever so slightly off the very busy bustling main strip , which makes it a lot quieter than the strip. This is a very new hotel. Condition and maintenance are therefore top notch. Perfectly nice little pool and dining area. The internet/wifi in the rooms works as promised. Bathrooms clean and functional. A few minor quality of life quirks remain in the rooms such as the lack of a closet or drawers to put clothes in but I imagine these will get added soon. No elevators for second and third floors in case you have problems with stairs. Hotel proprietor was extremely courteous and friendly, staff polite as usual. Price was very reasonable for Negombo.

Det är rent och ok på rummet. På vårat rum 216 var de 2 st ac kompressorer som förde ett enormt väsen. Var bultade rätt i väggen. Frukosten var väldigt enkel, tyvärr var det mängder med flugor vid varje bord. Vi hade bokat 4 nätter men valde att lämna efter 2. Cirka 50 meter ifrån hotetellet finns det en gata med restauranger och affärer.

A very average motel-like place a couple of blocks off the beach in Negombo. Room smell reminded me of 5th grade boys' rest room deodorizer. Did not strike me as a nice or interesting area. Would suffice for a base, but I suspect you can do better.
