The room is nice and cozy and the surroundings are picturesque and valuable. Breakfast was served from 07.30 and was adequate, but not impressive. There is an espresso coffee machine that I can use whenever I need a cup.

I feel very comfortable giving my warm recommendations after numerous stays at the males smiley inn. The owner is kind and caring. When arriving, there is rarely anyone present, as some previous reviewers have stated, but by speaking with the owner ahead of arrival, an email with information and contact details is sent out some time before arrival to provide you with all the information you need and make the request you want. I have never had any problems. The structure is old and comfortable, with well-appointed, warm, and in excellent condition rooms. The bed is so nice and the location is one of the best in lund, with the absolute city center just a few minutes on foot, but situated on a very quiet street the best of both worlds!

Good location 5 minutes from the city center. The host is very friendly, talkative and always willing to share some stories from his many trips. He also tried to make my stay in his hotel fit to my needs as much as possible.

I stayed for 2 nights. Booking was simple. There was no reception but a code for the door, so we stayed in the yellow room. Very pleasant and spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Stefan was on site when we arrived. He allowed us to park my motorcycle in the backyard. A safe and private parking area for my bike. Stefan the host was a very pleasant person. He gave us information about places to visit, gave us recommendations for restaurants, etc. he's extremely helpful. Breakfast was like eating at a friend's house. Simple but adequate and very comfortable. Going back.
