This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. There were a few miscommunications, but they resolved quickly. Customer service was really kind and helpful. All in all, the hotel has gotten incredibly good. It is conveniently located near the city. Please be mindful of your need for i oversized bed if you require one. Because most hotels in luzren dont have double beds. I feel that when ive stayed at two different hotels, there are no double mattresses instead, they only offer twin beds on each.

I stayed one night at this hotel for a half marathon event. I really recommend this place. Seyda cagdas. Perfect location, clean room, very comfortable bad and pillow. Hotel staff are very supportive. Checkout is flexible. Good restaurant. Great price and open 24 hours.

Everything was perfect except for one detail. The blinds couldnt be raised due to a mechanical issue, so i didnt enjoy the view this morning.

This hotel is highly recommended and i will definitely book again with them if we come back to lucerne! Sophia was friendly and welcoming when we arrived! The place was clean and had cute decorations in the hallway. Quiet and the best location! Hotel is in center, within walking distance to the central station and all the attractions must see are nearby!.

I wish everyone a pleasant stay in my hometown. Extremely friendly and welcoming greeting. The single room was small but very comfortable. For smokers who want to smoke quickly, there is the option to go outside on every floor. What wasnt quite right was the breakfast price, which was 20.00 francs, significantly more expensive than the putget. There were about 10 of us. Its simple. But the bottom line is. Everyone, big and small, was very satisfied. A major advantage is that the central location, from which all of lucernes attractions are easily and conveniently accessible.

The location was excellent. The room was adequate. I was delighted to have a corner room that overlooked mount pilatus. With the exception of one man, the service staff was not particularly friendly. Since i only stayed one night, it didnt bother me much.

This hotel is only 2 minutes from the beautiful lake lucerne and is also very close to the train station (5-10 minutes. The atmosphere, room, and cleanliness are very good and high. Breakfast is great and the staff who serve food are really helpful. They are friendly, smiling, welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Thank you very much to them and also to cleaning staff. If you happen to visit luzern i highly recommend hotel lusnerhof. He will guide you to all interesting places including mount pilatus, mount rigi, or mount Titlus.

The hotel is located in the city center, within a 10minute walk between the wounded lion and capella bridge. The single room is relatively small, and the front desk staff is very professional and has various conversion sockets for guests to use.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to various restaurants in the area. However, please be aware that the cheapest room i reserved only included a single bed and very limited supplies. Additionally, there are no basic toothbrushes, combs on hand, hot water kettles or water bottles, nor slippers provided.
