The hotel and restaurant are the best in wengen. I spent a week skiing in wengen in the late 1970 s and was surprised to see that not much has changed in wengen. Good hotels and restaurants are scarce now they were back then. Maya caprice is the best you can get there. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers the best food in wengen. The staff is the best thing about maya caprice. They are very friendly and helpful and treat you like family.

Kamar kami bagus dan besar dengan kamar mandi yang sama bagus dan besar. Namun, toiletnya tidak sepenuhnya bersih dan wastafelnya kecil dan tidak nyaman. Kami terkejut bahwa lemari penuh dengan barang-barang adalah bagian dari ruangan. Menurut saya lemari jenis ini tidak boleh ada di kamar hotel dan jika ada harus kosong, bersih dan tersedia untuk tamu kamar. Sayangnya, kursi-kursi di balkon kurang bersih dan parabola yang dipasang di dinding atau balkon kamar tentu tidak bisa dianggap sebagai hal positif. Pemandangan dari kamar dan restoran itu indah, semua yang kami pilih untuk dimakan sangat bagus dan staf hotel sangat baik.

From may 19th to may 22nd, 2023, we had the pleasure of booking our final stop on our trip to switzerland at the maya caprice boutique hotel and spa. The hotel, conveniently located just a 2minute walk from the train station, provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff at maya caprice was not only very friendly but also exceptionally wellinformed. They provided valuable insights into the best activities to make the most of our time there. The food at the hotel was incredibly fresh and organic, elevating the dining experience. I recommend making dinner reservations early, as the dining area tends to fill up quickly. The rooms at maya caprice offered breathtaking views, with the balcony offering a stunning view of up to 13 waterfalls. The choice of a room with a jacuzzi proved to be a fantastic choice, enhancing our overall stay. Additionally, when we encountered a payment issue, the hotel staff showed exceptional kindness and flexibility. They allowed us to leave after paying 70% of the bill upon arrival, giving us the option to settle the balance via transfer. This gesture was especially helpful as we were rushing to catch our train. When we returned to colombo, sri Lanka, we promptly settled the remaining payment, and the hotel staff was extremely kind and supportive. Maya caprice boutique hotel and spa stands out as one of the best hotels in the beautiful cities of switzerland. I highly recommend it for its convenient location, friendly staff, fresh food, stunning views, and exceptional service. A memorable stay indeed!.

I couldnt have been more pleased with this hotel. The rooms and location were excellent, see photo for the view from the restaurant! But the service was largely disappointing. My parents lost their luggage in Zurich, and a member of the staff, named david, assisted them in figuring out transportation to get the bags, who to call, and where to go. He even used his phone to call at one point because my parents had trouble with their country code. 10/10 for the hotel and 15/10 for the service. Made a potentially stressful vacation even better!.

I called the hotel several times from usa today and spoke to maral. She was amazing! Emailing routes from the airport to the hotel and emailing me different phone numbers for information on transportation. She made what could have been an impossible task absolutely easy breezy. Thank you, maral. When i travel to schweiz again, i will definitely make sure to stay at your hotel.

I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are immaculately clean, the view is breathtaking, and the service is exceptional. The gym is nice. The food is exceptional.

Pengalaman menginap yang tak terlupakan di jantung Pegunungan Alpen Swiss. Sambutan sempurna, layanan luar biasa dan lokasi ideal. 3 Menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun Wengen. Restoran yang luar biasa, setengah papan sangat berharga!

Kamarnya sangat besar dan dilengkapi dengan indah. Makanannya enak. Lokasi bagus dengan pemandangan Jungfrau dan Lembah Lauterbrunnen yang menakjubkan. Pelayanan sopan yang sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, sangat luar biasa. Terima kasih atas hari-hari indah dan makanan lezatnya.

During a recent vacation through schweilands, i stayed here for two nights. Wengen was our favorite part of our trip, and i would love to return. The manager was incredibly kind and accommodating, and his service truly made the hotel memorable. The restaurant is fantastic, with delicious food, a great presentation, and attentive service. The hotel appears to have recently undergone renovations. The design and decor are quite nice. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. There was a noticeable odor in one of our rooms. We stayed in a suite with a different room. That room seemed to be undergone a severe odor, and it seemed like they were attempting to resolve it with an air freshener. We kept the door closed and avoided entering that room due to the odor. Fortunately, we requested superior pillows on the second night, and they were satisfactory. I would advise using the superior pillows in each room rather than the flat ones.

Favorite location in the world. Excellent view, delicious food, great staff, and a refined and warm atmosphere. Our third time staying at the caprice for our 10 year anniversary. The staff added extra special touches to our experience. Very nice.

The view of Lauterbrunnen is ideal, and the location is close to the station and ski in and out. Three stars, though, because of the overall costtovalue ratio. The spa was small and poorly maintained, the breakfast had very few options, and the room itself was not particularly clean or special. Dont choose this hotel if youre looking for a 350,00 hotel with a spa. The restaurants food was excellent. We discovered a hair on the plate, and as a token of appreciation, we were given a complimentary drink and coffee. Im not sure if thats professional enough, but you have to give it your own opinion.

I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough! The food is amazing! I love their upscale pizza and my wife said this was her favorite salad she has ever had! Some of the best views of the Lauterbrunnen valley below. The hotel is a short walk mostly flat from the train station. Coop supermarket and restaurant are very close! Any time we return to wengen, we will stay here again! Of all the hotels and restaurants we have been to in Europe, this has the most attentive and polite staff!.

We ordered takeout pizza and it was amazing! They also went out of their way to accommodate my wife who needs to eat gluten free. They usually dont allow takeout outside pizzas, but because she needs gluten free they made her a delicious salad and we brought a plastic container to put in. Thank you to the staff and chef who made this accommodation!.

The only issue is that the rooms were not of the highest quality. The bed sheets and towels were a bit rough. Also, if driving, you have to park in town and take the train up the mountain for an additional fee, so getting here is a bit difficult. The kindness staff who made us feel welcome!

The hotel is in an ideal location to take in the stunning view of the valley. The staff is polite and very helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bravo to hotel manager david and his entire team for taking care of their guests and being the best in the industry. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, or groups of friends. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

We had a great time and heartily suggest this place to anyone planning a trip in the area. The bustling market is a 2minute walk from the train station, and the train station is a short distance away. What more could you possibly want for a vacation in wengen or the Lauterbrunnen region? Fantastic setting, breathtaking views, delectable cuisine at the restaurant, and one of the greatest massages?.

Sayangnya hotel ini tidak layak mendapatkan bintang Suasananya hilang, jauh lebih baik dari gambar. Staf kadang-kadang sangat kasar. Sarapan prasmanan juga cukup biasa untuk kategori ini. Lift dan tangga selalu berbau tidak sedap selama akhir pekan. Sayang sekali karena pemandangannya bagus dan kamarnya juga bersih. Namun, harga atau kinerja sama sekali tidak cocok!
