This hotel is very recommended. Our stay was so memorable. The room is really comfortable and you feel right at home.

Wow what a fantastic hotel and great team. We visited for what was supposed to be five nights but extended to eight because flights to the uk were all canceled. This occurred twice and of course a major concern was where can we stay? The elite team of marianne and annalena always reduced our stress level and gave us a calm do not worry, you will be fine and offer to help with anything. They even lowered the cost for extra nights, making us feel forever loyal to this hotel and these people. We had a lovely junior suite with a view of Matterhorn and this room is beautiful with a lovely balcony living space great for channel selection nice big bathroom with giant shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast room and the lovely lady serving there. Overall, we could not recommend the elite highly, and we have found our home in Zermatt, which we visit regularly. Happy New Year, Marianne and Annalena!.

I highly recommend this place. This is a great choice in the heart of Zermatt. We stayed there for 2 nights for the Zermatt Ultra, and the hotel is only a few meters from the start of the race. The rooms are nice and functional, and ours had a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn. The host was super friendly and helpful, so we could leave our luggage locked at checkout for later pickup. The rooms that didn't face the Matterhorn appear to have just been renovated, and the remaining rooms will soon follow.
