This hotel has a beautiful view and gives excellent service. They provided us with a nice gift. I tried eating it without thinking it was any chocolate, only to discover that it was only chocolate and broke my tooth, after the check-in the room I was surprised. Let me give a brief warning to visitors like me to avoid hurting their teeth..

We stayed here for work. Such a wonderful experience for my husband and I. This is a very good hotel with excellent turndown service in the evenings and in the mornings as well. When guests come for turndown service, they give two pieces of chocolate!

My stay at the Fairmount Grand Hotel Geneva was the best I have ever had. The staff was amazing, and I had an amazing experience at the grill.

I stayed last minute on a work trip. Despite the fact that there were a lot of drawbacks, the positives are good overall and a terrific location. The staff is friendly and courteous, happy to assist you with the wide space and large beds. Good touches such as Swiss chocolate bars in the room, sadly. Although there were several drawbacks, I didn't tell the hotel personnel about them at the time, it seems only reasonable to give four stars because I didn't feel more affected by them when I was on vacation rather than a business trip. I wanted room service one night, but because the ipad wasn't working, I was unable to order. Contemplate, though, that it wasn't working the entire time, so perhaps the cleaning crew review this? There is only a bath in the bathroom, and there isn't a shower cubicle. Water never evaporates away. Unappealing telephone near the bathroom entrance. The tiny touch to the floor made it difficult to open the large, huge bed. No outlets close to the bed. Each morning when I was there, I woke up with backaches.

Kami sangat beruntung mendapat kesempatan untuk menginap 1 malam di hotel ini. Hotel bukan hotel murah, harga normalnya sekitar 70000 CHF untuk 1 kamar terendah. Tetapi meskipun harganya sangat mahal, apa yang kami dapatkan sangat sesuai dengan harganya. Kamar nyaman dan besar, lokasi sempurna tepat di depan air mancur terkenal di Jenewa, strategis di tengah kota dan hanya 5 menit jalan kaki ke stasiun kereta. Staf yang bekerja di di sini juga sangat baik dan ramah. Mereka membantu saya dengan kebaikan hati dan ramah satu sama lain. Saya ingat ada seorang karyawan yang memakai baju merah bernama Angelika. Dia adalah seorang manajer.
