Is a beautiful aparment.

The area is safe and secure for families. There are many Indians living here. The bus stop is a short walk away and is extremely convenient to get to the center. Buses run as late as 1200 at night and are fairly frequent. They offer a local visitor pass, so buses and local trains are free. It is a tiny apartment with all the amenities you require for a cozy stay. The kitchen is very small, but still has everything you need. Microwave, rooftop, kettle, coffee my. All utensils are available. The laundrywashing machine is on the ground floor in the common area. Three of them have a separate full dryer. They will clean the room once before handing it over, but there will be no cleaning. You can clean your self using the common hoover. Also, the towels and bed sheets are not replaced during your stay.

During our Swiss vacation, I spent four nights in this apartment. The apartment's entrance was simple and near to the bus stop. All instructions were clearly documented, and the apartment was well-furnished. The laundromat was in the lobby's basement, and the kitchenette was adequate. The only bathroom was inaccessible, and we had trouble finding a bottle opener. Since we had three of us there, it was a little uncomfortable. But otherwise, everything was quite simple.

We were a group of 8 people who stayed here for 5 nights on a recent trip to Switzerland. We had reserved 2 apartments. Every question we had was promptly answered. Codes for finding the key were sent to us two days before our arrival. When we arrived, the rooms were prepared and very clean. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there. Everything from dishes, cutlery, tea, coffee machine, microwave, dishwashing liquid, cooking pans etc. Instructions on disposing garbage bags were provided, laundry and other guidelines were clearly stated. Bus stand was a 2-minute walk away and a supermarket was 1 minute away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Kami nyaman tinggal di sini selama 4 malam. Apartemen modern, bersih dan peralatan lengkap. Selain transportasi mudah, apartemen ini terletak di pusat kota. Baik kereta api dari Stasiun Luzern ke Stasiun Allen Meyer hanya 5 menit. Atau naik bus no. 20 Sekitar 8 menit sampai di Halte Bus Zihlmattweg. Jarak halte bus dan stasiun Kak ke apartemen sekitar 5- 8 menit jalan kaki.

The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Lucerne, but had a train and bus stop nearby. Walkable into the city if you like walking. Instructions to get into the building were confusing once you got your key out of the box outside. Waited until someone else went in, then realised had to tap the key (real key) on the door. Once in, again the lifts were confusing. Until we saw that you had to tap the key on another box and punch in your floor, not at the lifts though, around the corner of them. Anyway, if you want to save some money and stay out of the city, it’s good. Migros store nearby.

The only possibility to park the car is for money in the parking garage. One day ~40€. This information must be shown on the website offer. We had no wlan !! System was broken, only the last 4 hours. Sorry thats a big restriction beeing on holiday in Switzerland, where the normal mobilphone contracts don´t work. Best regards Jens
