Ini pertama dan terakhir kalinya di Hotel Adler. Saya tidak bisa tidur sebelum jam satu karena kursinya terus bergerak. Sesaat sebelum jam empat, tamu itu dibangunkan lagi dengan berpindah-pindah kursi dalam waktu yang lama. Pada pukul enam, perpindahan seluruh apartemen sepertinya sedang terjadi, atau setidaknya itulah kesan tamu yang dilanda kebisingan. Untuk melengkapi malam itu, pada pukul 07.15, Mesin cuci tua berputar tanpa suara. Bagaimanapun, kamar-kamarnya memiliki isolasi yang sangat buruk dari dalam.

The hotel is in a nice location. The river is very close by. Even the station is within walking distance. The rooms are a bit small. Maybe european rooms are generally small, but clean. There is selfservice for luggage. The food is good because there is a nice restaurant. The cheese smell pervades the hotel. A little unpleasant. The staff is polite. And free water bottles. Thank you also for decorating our room. I gave a top review in hopes that they even raise the standards higher and we visit again and again.

The hotel is fantastic! My husband and i arrived at the hotel at 8 am after a long flight from the us, and they made sure the housekeeper cleaned our room first so that it was ready by 10. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are very clean and a great size. Great central location. View from our room included. Would definitely stay here again!.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our room wasnt ready from our overnight flight, so they held our luggage. The family room was very spacious for 2 teens and 2 adults, very clean, delicious pets if you book directly and the restaurant was great to start our vacation! Close to tram stops and very cute!.

Without a doubt, ill return! Fantastic hotel with delicious swis cuisine. Excellent service from the restaurants manager, romano. His staff is welltrained. So cordial and considerate. The fondue with meat was excellent. We had banana split ice cream as a dessert.

The location is good and within the old town area. However, i think the ladies at the reception are not very friendly. They dont smile and give us good service. Kindly improve the service please in terms of breakfast, there arent many options.

We didnt stay at the hotel, but we stopped by to eat fondue. Even though we had a reservation, we found a seat outside and sat down right away. It was an amazing taste. The service was friendly and the speed was great. Thank you.

The location is perfect, off Main street but surrounded by old town shops and restaurants. A short walk to river and lake with great views both day and night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast is included with the room stay, eat at the adjacent restaurant where there is a wide variety of breakfast.

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kereta api zurich, naik trem no. 4 Untuk 3 pemberhentian. Dibutuhkan sekitar 8 menit untuk sampai ke hotel. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke hotel dalam 3 menit lagi. Hotel ini terletak di gang tepi sungai dan tidak sulit untuk ditemukan. Kamarnya didekorasi dengan penuh cita rasa, tempat tidur nyaman. Sandal: Ya. Bagasi: Cukup. Salah satu wallpapernya adalah pemandangan kanal zurich yang sangat indah. Soket: Satu di samping meja samping tempat tidur di setiap sisi. Lampu baca dirancang dengan cermat. Kamar mandinya terang dan ada kaca pembesar. Bak mandinya tidak hanya memiliki sekat setengah kaca, tetapi juga tirai shower. Ketel listrik: Ya. Kopi: Ya.

Hotel yang bagus. Sarapan yang luar biasa dan pemandangan dari jendela film. Kamarnya tidak terlalu besar, tapi nyaman dan didekorasi dan bersih. Ada restoran yang bagus di sana pada malam hari, tetapi sebaiknya melakukan reservasi karena ada antrean untuk masuk.

Hotel adler is a lovely, comfortable, stylish, small hotel in a great location with a nice Swiss restaurant. But what really blew me away was the service. Usually, i think of hotels in terms of accommodations and possibly food quality. What doesnt come up often in my travels is the need for real service and hospitality, but it did when i was in Zurich and the hotel staff at hotel adler literally brought me to tears with how helpful and supportive they were. I had a car accident right in front of their hotel and the owner of the hotel, tessy, and one of the restaurant staff, ariadni, stepped in to help. They went way above and beyond, helping me deal with my rental car agency and the police. It was difficult to end my 10 day trip to switzerland and they were so kind and helpful. They are truly great hosts, which is what you want when you stay in a hotel far from home. I cant recommend hotel adler highly enough.

I heartily endorse this hotel. Excellent starting point for traveling between traveling to zermatt and the united states or Europe. They went above and beyond to do a fantastic job and apologized for the exterior street repairs and renovations in the lobby. Comfortable accommodations and a wonderful staff.

Small, spotless hotel in the center of old town zurich. Numerous eateries, stores, and the main train station are all within walking distance. After a lengthy journey from the usa, it was very nice that the staff cleaned our room for an early checkin.

The place is very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, safe location near many sites and the main train station. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff.

Our family of four recently had a wonderful stay at the adler hotel. We had a junior suite room with a sofa bed shared by our 10 and 12 year old children. The room had a small balcony overlooking the square and was whisper quiet overnight. The whole place was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the kids loved patting Louie the dog in the lobby, plus the chocolates! The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a slightly larger breakfast offering eg a few more cereals. We would stay here again and recommend the location.

The room was clean and the location was great. The bed was two small beds pushed together with separate bottom sheets. This creates a gap where feet, hands, or other random body parts can be lost in the middle of the night. The mattress itself was hard as a rock. The room was small overall. Make sure you really like your travel partner as you will be climbing over them to move around the room. There is not a foot of spare space. Overall cleanliness was great with no issues in that area. The location was great, breakfast was good. Overall it was fine.

The location is great for exploring the beautiful altstadt area. The checkin process was efficient and the thoughtful little gifts were a nice touch. The rooms are beautiful, wellequipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was great and a very positive experience overall.

Saya menginap di sini selama satu malam selama bulan madu saya dan minuman selamat datang serta kamar tidur yang didekorasi dengan indah sangat bagus! Kamar kami memiliki pemandangan alun-alun, sehingga kami memiliki hari yang romantis sambil menonton artis jalanan! Dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan bersih!

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The room is small but comfortable. The service is perfect, especially the front desk lady, rimona. Thank you, rimona, for your warm welcome and kindness. Very beautiful quaint hotel in the old town.
