My wife and i reserved this hotel for three nights. From our balcony, we had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The room was spotless, and upon checkin, there was a handwritten note introducing us. Every morning, the breakfast was excellent, with incredibly helpful and kind personnel. At breakfast, you could choose grilled sandwiches for the lunch of that day that was ready for us to eat the next day. It was quite affordable and delectable. The interior of the room was modern and spotless. They gave you homemade cookies as a welcome. There is tea and coffee, bottled, and stocked. For your filthy hiking shoes or snow boots, there was stowed area outside your door. Everything had resembling quaintness and was thoughtfully thought out.4,6/51 Jun 2023

My husband and i had an amazing 7night honeymoon stay here. The service and staff were outstanding, all our needs were met while providing the warmth of a familyrun business. Our two adult sons and i had a wonderful ninenight vacation at the hotel bellevista in zermatt. The hotel is immaculate and wellkept, the personnel went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful, breakfast was excellent (including homemade treats for those who are vegan or glutenfree), and the view from the property is breathtaking, especially from our topfloor room. We had an amazing time staying in this peaceful area of town, which was only ten minutes walk from downtown zermath, sunnegga elevator, and end of ski trail on sunnesega side. Our son rooms room was more modern than ours, but we loved the extra room and ceiling vaulted ceiling on the top floor. Only issue was that my tall husband struggled to stand up and take b showering in the tub and shower combo due to the slanted roofline. Without if we return, maybe next summer. We keep coming back for the lovely atmosphere and the freshly baked breads and cakes for breakfast. We really enjoyed the fondue evening and hay soup for when you need a break from the zermatt restaurants.4,4/511 Des 2023

The service provided was exceptional, the location was ideal, there was a fantastic spa, and the breakfast was truly exceptional! We couldnt have been happier with our stay. Despite our late arrival at night, we were given all the necessary information to check ourselves in. Our balcony had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, making us make the most of our time at the lovely spa. We spent five nights at the bellavista and had the best time ever. The room was simple but had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, as advertised. We could sit in bed and see it! The staff was very personable and friendly. Their daily breakfast consisted of red spreads of homemade breads and pastries, jams, charcuterie meatsand cheeses on toast, yogurt, cereal, fresh farm eggs made to order, tea from their garden or coffee. It was fantastic. I once had dinner at their restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! Their hay soup was amazing. They have dozens of saunas along with jugs that are sized like tin. On top of that, the hotel is close to ski lifts for skiing, town center with restaurants and shops, hiking and biking. My wife and i couldnt have asked for wrong time in zermatt. When we return, we will undoubtedly stay here again.4,2/531 Mei 2023

This is possibly my favorite place ive ever stayed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was all incredibly kind and helpful. If you can, i highly recommend booking a Matterhorn view room because they are fantastic. Although the rooms are cozy, there is still enough space for sextuming even with two large suitcases. Plan on eating dinner at the hotel, as the packed lunch is ideal for hiking.4,2/522 Feb 2023
