During our trip to the switzerland in may 2022, we visited the restaurant. We took the table outside and enjoyed the classic fondue while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains and fresh air. It was an exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly endorse it.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to move around. The rooms are clean and wellmaintained, and the location is ideal for exploring.

We stopped in without making a reservation, but we were only seated for one minute. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We had traditional Swiss dishes that were perfectly cooked and enjoyed in tasty gaststube. Looking forward to being able to return.

The rooms at piinte are smaller than those in the other rooms from the resort. It is located in a different building. There are no balconies. However, it is very welldesigned and modern, so far it has everything you need. Right on the street near bars and restaurants. Therefore, there is only hardly any traffic on nights almost nonstop which is not causing problems in this part of grindelwald. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. Breakfast at the hotel is simply fantastic. I highly recommend it.

A fantastic dining experience in the heart of grindelwald! When the only available seating was outside, the staff was quite sorry that we had made a reservation when we arrived without one. We were happy to be able to eat there at all because we were arriving on saturday night without reserving and were pleased to have no reservations there. After we got ourselves outside and it took us less than five minutes for the host to come out and inform us that they had prepared space for us inside! This was indicative of the prompt, courteous, and overall outstanding service we received throughout our meal. If we werent so full from the delicious dinner, we would have stayed for dessert because the cuisine was excellent and truly schnoozed! Without evidence, this was without question the best dinner weve ever had while visiting. Pinte, thank you for bringing us to your first gastronomic encounter in Grindelholz!.

The hotel room was very nice. It was a surprise. From the outside, it looks like an old mountain house, but inside the room is modern and comfortable. We had breakfast at the nearby hotel. And it was great! The downside is the price of swiss hotels. At least here you get value for your money.

The desert was generously sized, delicious, and wellpresented. After, the desert dish was presented nicely. Subsequently, they served salad and veal sausage. Hereafter, this restaurant is really good and reasonably priced.

When we had dinner with our kids, the staff here were the most friendly and accommodating. We ate outside so we could take in the breathtaking views and have a delicious traditional Swiss meal.

We just departed the piinte hotel this morning. The room was really nice and updated. Its so close to everything on the main strip so its a great location. For the area, the value was quite good. Our only issue was that we couldnt get hot water when we wanted to shower in the morning because it seemed like everything had been used up, but considering bg is such idroolfand brand, it was pleasantly surprised. Another issue is that there wasnt utmost room phone to call to let anyone know. I could have forgiven the cold water and given the extra stars if they had stocked bottled beer in our room. These are my suggestions for turning this from mediocre to incredibly affordable stay in grindelwald.

I ate here two nights ago with my husband. There is a reason this restaurant has been around for 180 years. Wow! Everything was excellent, and i will break up my review into 10/10 sections. The food was on saturdays menu, which featured many dishes with white asparagus. We ordered quite fewer of it. Its one of my favorite vegetables from this region and only shows its face in spring. Start your meal with garlic bread, dont miss this super tasty app. Next, ive had the special white asperger spring salad with strawberries. Bright, fresh, undeniably dressed. My husband had creme delectable white meat that was light vs heavy cream yet still so warm and rich. For our main course, we had to order the sausage with black asparagus and my spouse the cordon bleu. Both were absolutely delicious. Our waiter informed us that the codon blue was his favorite dish on the menu and it did not disappoint! Location right on top of grindelwald on major road. Since we stayed at the hotel, it was just hopping away for us. With countless history and laidback atmosphere, the atmosphere is laid back and charming. Staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Most of the staff you meet will speak english quickly because Grindelburg is an important tourist destination. I stopped by for a warm drink or booze. The personnel were helpful and kind. It was too chilly outside, so i chose to sit inside. To warm me up, ive ordered hordes punch, which was served warm with smoky alcohol. There is soft music playing in the background and ambiance is really cozy inside this place. A great spot to hang out or meet pals.
