Lovely hotel. The staff wrre exceptionally halpful and friendly. We were so pleased that we chose this hotel. If we come back to Geneva, we will defitely choose this hote. There was an added bonus of free public transport passes.

After arriving in Geneva from DC, it was a welcome sure to see the Hotel right outside the train station! Even though we were close to the train station, trams and busses, the room was quiet. The room also had blackout curtains as well which made a great night sleep! Rafael, and all the others , were great to work with. I had sent several emails to Rafael confirming a few things and he alway responded very quickly. We will be back! Much appreciative of the great service we had at the hotel. We saw everything we came to see. Thanks

Excellent hotel. Clean, very centrally located across from the train station (2 min walk) and with excellent check in service. Complimentary limited water and beer in the room refrigerator. Breakfast was extra, which we did not pay for. The most impressive thing that I have not seen before metal shade that could block the sun completely, and the double paned windows which made the room virtually silent next to a busy street. The room is small, but not nearly as small as I had thought. The size is perfectly fine for a solo or a couple.

The location is excellent and just few steps next to the train station and tram station. Those staff are very friendly and nice. The room is also so comfortable that you can open the windows and let the fresh air come in.
