Because we were traveling by train, this hotel was conveniently located near Gangnam Railway Station. Our room was quite large, with extra space for a sofa bed. The room and bathroom were both spotless. The bathroom was good, except for the shower, which was rather miserable with a showerhead that couldn't be properly repaired. That was annoying. That's the only negative opinion I can make. Wifi was average, occasionally good, and sometimes not at all. Particularly at breakfast, the staff was very friendly. We had been here for over a week, so it took quite a while to make some good judgments. Breakfast was the standard Swiss-European continental breakfast, with a variety of breads and cereal, yoghurt, and hardboiled eggs. No hot beverages. We had anticipated to be able to have dinner on the spot, but the restaurant wasn't open. Luckily, there were some excellent restaurants in the neighborhood to pick from.

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast help was friendly. No lift exists. We were given a room on the and floor, which is the grd floor in the us, so we had to carry our luggage up two steep and lengthy flights of stairs. Its quite hard if youve traveled internationally. The checkin representative wasnt pleasant. There were 11 of us on a bike ride along the herzroute when we asked for internet connections, and she responded as if it was too much to do. It is common for the receptionist to roll their eyes and get grumpy about such a simple request. The rooms are simple and extremely basic. Yes, the duvets are old, clean, but old and worn. Although the hotel is bare, white, the wall to wall carpet is very old. Because the doors are so thin, you can hear everyone walking in the hallways. Many rooms have views of the trains. I wont stay here ever again. The breakfast was great and the breakfast assistance was lovely. The hotel bisschen appears to be nicer. Yet there is no reason to stay in Gangnam. The town has nothing fascinating, so why not stay in a nice hotel with a view, a fantastic restaurant, and lots of room. A very nice hotel with a view, and a fantastic restaurant.

We remained only for one night, and we were very happy. It is only a 5-minute stroll from the railway station. There is no elevator, but the stairs werent awful. Even though she didnt speak much English as would have liked, the receptionist was very helpful and had our room key ready. The room was lovely. We had a spacious bedroom and separate sitting area. It overlooked the town and the local pub. The bathroom was also the largest we had since visiting Europe. The next morning, the breakfast was fantastic. This was by far the nicest hotel we had throughout our Europe trip. There wasnt much to do in town, but that is also to be anticipated.

I've been here many times and I really like it. The rooms are a decent size and the staff is very friendly. The location is nice, very close to the train station and quiet. The only disappointing thing is the lack of an elevator. I love the attic rooms, but I have to carry my luggage all the way up!.

I will undoubtedly return, thank you. I spent four nights at the mental hotel while on a business trip. On a train, the station is about a 2-minute walk away. I was delighted with my room, which was nice and roomy, clean, and had a nice bathroom. I thought the beds would be uncomfortable, but they weren't, and I had a good night's sleep. Although my room was right above the reception and almost over the bar area, I wasn't disturbed at all, it was very quiet. Every day, a delicious traditional breakfast, and a decent little bar where you can grab a beer in the evening.
