The hotel is situated in a peaceful area. The city center is only ten minutes away by tram. Breakfast was excellent. It was incredibly comfortable and roomy. Ideal for couples who prefer secluded places after completing dozens of shopping days. Both the mall and the fifa museum are close to the hotel. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit.

This is a really nice hotel in zurich. Its ideal for business trips! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the international breakfast is delicious. Although the service could be tad more flexible, overall, it is an excellent hotel.

The enigmatt city garden hotel was a great experience. The rooms are clean and of varying sizes. There are several outlets and usb ports for charging your phones. Very polite and accommodating staff. I ordered savory food and cocktails at the restaurant. It had bursting with flavor and was wellprepared. Dessert wasnt my favorite part. A very good place to stay.

The location was ideal for me because there were many restaurants close by, but it was also a short 15minute walk to the opera house area, where there was reelection of restaurants. Tram stops are right around the corner if you dont want to walk. The staff was excellent, the restaurant was on the expensive side, yet the food was delicious.

We have stayed here several times and are always happy to return. We adore this hotel so much. Sihlcity is only 5 minutes away, there is a lovely park, and good restaurants are all within stepping distance of it from the city center. The personnel are courteous and accommodating, the breakfast is excellent, they are also helpful and kind. There are spacious rooms, balconies, cleanliness, etc..

A classy hotel in the city of zurich. You enter a different world once you pass through the rather plain entrance. Excellent service, i like the restaurant, and the rooms are cozy and peaceful. If you enjoy savoring gin before heading out to the town, dont forget to check out the gins selection.

The hotel is fantastic and the service is topnotch. The staff took the time to observe and prepare my daily routines during my stay, which further enhanced my experience. Breakfast dishes are prepared according to a specific recipe, coffee type and added creme or sugar - What time and news questions i would have in the morning and afternoon. Fivestar service above and beyond. I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

I only stayed overnight, but it was a very comfortable stay. Very modern family room with all facilities and the bathroom was the best ive seen in ages. Friendly staff, very quick checkin and checkout. We also had tv, bunk beds, and smart window shades.

The hotel is close to the lake, the entrance is not wow, but inside you will find a comfortable and clean hotel. I really enjoyed breakfast in the garden, which not many hotels have in downtown Zurich. The room was spacious and tidy. Len is my second time here and the same good experience. Now the outside fountain works.

I will undoubtedly suggest this hotel as a fantastic one overall. I made my reservation through the booking website, and when i soon got in touch with them with questions, he was very pleased to receive prompt responses. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. The treatment was equally excellent upon arrival in person - from arranging for me if ive arrived early in the morning but didnt have to wait more than an hour and ten minutes to assist me with tours on three separate days (I put my faith in them and booked all of them through their hotel, there was nothing to regret about my decision). Christine assisted me by lending me some local plug for my phones and computers. Prenni, who is not sure about spelling, was instrumental in recommending the best of south africa tours as the company to use for our local tours. My room could be enlarged. In the future, im suggesting that Engimatt take this into consideration.

I am very happy that i chose the engimatt hotel because the room size was nice and the green environment helped me relax in the morning. I enjoyed the silence and breakfast in this morning, im sure ill stay here again next time ive come to Zurich.

My friends and i had a great time staying at this hotel! We were pleasantly surprised to find that our checkin was tastier than anticipated, but we were gracious enough to offer drinks while we waited, and after checking in, all of our luggage were brought to the room. The room was spacious, with billiards and showers, as well as hygienic balconies. When ill be in zurich again, ive decided to stay at these hotels and would suggest it.
