Kind and friendly staff, lovely decor, great room with balcony and view, efficient service and of course spotless. The restaurant’s dinner is one of the best I’ve had in years - creative flavor combinations and artistically presented. Definitely planning a return!

Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here.

This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding.

Loved the exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful. The room (panoramic view) was incredible, very spacious with amazing view of Mt. Eiger. Breakfast was tasty. Very walkable in Grindelwald and to/from train station. Stellar stay, I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and updated property. It’s nice to have the modern juxtaposition with the authentic Swiss surroundings. The staff was so kind and offered amazing local suggestions. They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!

Ada tiga dari kami di hotel ini, dua orang dewasa dan satu anak. Kami menerima sambutan hangat segera setelah kedatangan. Kamar kami sangat bagus, nyaman, dengan pemandangan indah Swiss. Anak-anak tidur di kamar terpisah. Kami menghabiskan 3 hari di hotel dan semakin betah setiap hari. Sarapan sangat baik, makan malam, suasana sangat pribadi. Kami pasti akan pergi ke Grindelwald lagi dan pasti akan ke hotel ini. Terima kasih banyak kepada semua tim hotel untuk pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.

Kami tinggal di Hotel Fiescherblick benar-benar luar biasa! Sejak kami tiba kami merasa di rumah. Timnya sangat hangat dan akomodatif, dan tuan rumah, Lars dan Matthias, berusaha keras untuk memastikan kunjungan kami tak terlupakan. Lokasi hotel ini sungguh menakjubkan. Dikelilingi oleh pegunungan yang megah dan suasana tenang yang benar-benar mengundang Anda untuk bersantai. This restaurant comes highly recommended! My daughter and i had a wonderful dinner! The food and wine pairings were excellent, and the service provided by leland and the team exceeded our expectations.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The hotel is run by a lovely team who make you feel very welcome, as they are very accommodating and very friendly. The hotel is very modern, spacious and ideally located 2 minutes walk from the center. There is a fantastic restaurant downstairs with a great breakfast service and a great dinner option. The great wine selection is a nice bonus. The view from the room is the best! We had a great time and cant wait to return! Modern, large, everything you need is provided.

We chose this hotel for our stay in schweiz. Everything was wonderful. The view is amazing, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The quieterness of the location is a little away from the bustle of a very busy area. Which i appreciate. It was also a fantastic experience at the restaurant.
