This is a great hotel, conveniently located between the town center and the ski lifts. The staff were amazing during our stay, making us lunch and dinner reservations in places that were impossible to get into otherwise. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern, and pool and gym are excellent. Great place to stay in zermatt.4,6/511 Agt 2024

I stayed at this hotel last week from 6 th to 6th of june and had a great time. From the moment you enter this unique hotel, i was impressed. The lobby looks great, and the bar next to it has dozens of drinks with sanitizing vibes. Rooms are spacious and have tvs that look great. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Fantastic! Charming, welcoming, and conveniently located near ski lifts. The rooms are roomy and ideal for families. There is always a great atmosphere in the bar area and game room at night - people come to play billiards, minifoots or cards. You wont miss it! The spa and pool are very well done, with onsite facilities such as sauna, steam room, silent room etc. Additionally, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The firefly hotel in zermatt was a wonderful place for me to stay! I heartily endorse this location and want to express my gratitude to the excellent staff. Everything went perfectly, from the station lift to our final stay. The room is spacious, tidy, and cozy. There is also samy spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool, etc. In the hotel, which is close to ski lifts, the breakfast served in the room tastes great.4,6/513 Apr 2023

The apartment was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was nice. They also provide a wellequipped ski room. And then, they didnt have any pressure on the departure schedule. We had an amazing time and cant wait to return. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Our stay was fantastic! With our 7 and 5yearold daughters, we stayed for six nights. The service was excellent. To accommodate any requests you may have, the staff goes above and beyond. They are all incredibly kind and welcoming. On the day we arrived, they assisted us with dinner reservations and picked us up from the train station. Due to an avalanche, trains were closed in zermatt on the morning we were leaving. Their assistance kept us informed of the latest trains status. Everything from utensils to robes and slippers for the kids was included in our lovely, wellequipped room. Very tidy and roomy are the rooms. Breakfast is delivered to your room every day as one of their biggest advantages. You can enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your own room while eating breakfast. It is really delicious. Cleanliness is maintained and wellkept in both the spa and pool area. After a tiring day on ski slopes, using the facilities was cherished. Amazing location! From one lift and ski rentals, it took five minutes to get there. We were five miles from town in that direction. All the restaurants could be reached on foot.4,4/524 Mar 2023

We had a great time and cant wait to return and bring the kids the next time! This has to be one of my top hotels out of all the places we have stayed in hotels around the world! Im not even sure where to begin. The rooms were lovely, and each room had an amazing outlook. They were extremely clean and wellstocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was always delicious, which we loved because it was delivered to your room so you could enjoy it with privacy and sanitized. Every day, the cleaners arrived and went above and beyond, it appeared to look like i had just been moved into remodeled! The staff was all very helpful. Their assistance in figuring out where snowboarding on which days, even drew evocatively for us, obtained us our lift passes, answered all of our inquiries with such politeness. Our favorite parts of the hotel were the pool and spa area. All of them were excellent indoor saunas and steam rooms, including the outdoor jacuzzi tub, were both quite soothing and peaceful. Clean, in excellent condition, quiet, private. It was incredibly easy! We couldnt have asked for utmost convenience because the location was ideal, its close to countless restaurants and shops, is close by, there is hardly any better location, right next to the closest rental shop, as well as the nearby lift. This location is truly a hidden gem! The experience of staying at this hotel was truly remarkable and unforgettable! It was incredibly comfortable and wellequipped, offering everything you could possibly need. The breakfast delivery service in the morning proved to be convenient and delectable, providing me with an exceptional experience. Katarine was exceptionally kind, ensuring my stay was enjoyable and memorable. I didnt encounter any drinks at the bar that i didn't enjoy, but all the cocktails were expertly prepared. A familyrun hotel with very friendly and informative staff. I spent a week there and will definitely be back. The location is within walking distance of the center and the ski lifts are not too far by taxi. After tepid skiing, you need to have pampered with the spa, pool, and jacuzzi.4,0/521 Jul 2023

My tripadvisor review was excellent. We had a great twonight stay at the hotel firefly when i traveled to zermatt with my mother and sister! We all wished we could have spent more time in zermath and at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the location was fantastic! Breakfast was just what we needed in the morning.
