The staff at this hotel were so kind, helpful, and customer oriented that I have to give them an excellent review. Well, it is not a fancy hotel, the location is wonderful, and there is a restaurant on site with absolutely delicious food. Any issues that I had even contacting my Airline when there was a problem, the staff was ready to help me. I highly recommend this as a central location without an exorbitant cost.

It was a brilliant location. So central, the staff were friendly and gave us there best rooms as ours had a water leak. Highly recommend this hotel, it also had a good restaurant

Ideal location, comfortable room. Shower was nice, but water gets on the floor in the bathroom (it gets super steamy). Great staff. They have outlet converters you can borrow. There are stairs to enter through the front, no stairs if you go around the corner to the back entrance

Este hotel se lo recomiendo a cualquier turista que llegue a Zurich, a 3’minutos caminando de la estación, frente a una parada de múltiples tranvías y súper caminable para toda la ciudad además muy limpio y da sensación de cuidado y limpieza además el personal es muy amable… lo mejor fue que llegué a las 10:00 am y a es ahora me entregaron la habitación así que eso cuenta más

Clean and comfortable and super convenient location. You can essentially see the hotel from the Zurich HB station plaza and it is right near the lake and areas of interest are nearby. Friendly staff.

The best location imaginable. Rooms are small but clean, newly furnished, new bathroom. The entrance looks a little old but the rest is perfect! Staf very helpful and friendly. Didn't have breakfast, so cant comment, but plenty of options nearby for that if you wish.
