We had a great time at the hotel metropolis. As many other reviews have mentioned, the location is essential. You couldn't have asked for better since it is on the lake and close to many of the city's top tourist attractions and high-end shops. The hotel staff was welcoming and engaging when we arrived. Every morning we woke up with a view of Lake Geneva from our hotel's front door. The interior of our apartment was tastefully updated. I was hooked on the luxurious bathrobes, and the bathroom was more than adequate. We frequently sat down and talked with the staff, who were always friendly. The odd odor you get on the ground floor entry was the only drawback. It was not a game changer, though, but I'm not certain about the source. I'm looking forward to returning!.

One more nice thing about this hotel is that despite not being close to the lake, this hotel is very close and good, and there are also friendly staff who always give the best service.

One of the best hotels to stay in Geneva! Even though the hotel is currently being renovated, there was nothing irritating about it. The staff is really helpful and friendly! Excellent housekeeping. The Intercontinental breakfast is a little weak compared to the room rate. You can choose from the ala cart menu for an additional cost.

I had a great time here. The location is in the heart of geneva, so you can go anywhere. The rooftop bar was closed, so I wasn't able to explore the views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. They surprisingly had a room available for me when I arrived early at around 8 am. I am so happy they were able to accommodate me! Would recommend without a doubt.

My trip to this motel turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. On previous trips to Geneva, I had seen this hotel from the outside and been impressed by its magnificent presence. The images on the website seem to confirm this perspective. The hotel entrance, the stairs, and the corridor leading to the rooms are all elegantly decorated, promising comfort and luxury. But when you enter the bedroom, this impression is unfortunately shaken. While the hotels public areas are almost stately, our bedroom seems to have been influenced by ideas from the Formica era flat, rectangular furniture. Because the room is so small and the furniture layout is so poorly designed, the designer has failed to find space for a chestofdrawers, making it nearly impossible for a couple to unpack all of their belongings. In addition, how can the hotel justify claiming rooms as suitable for two people without providing a separate shower? This issue with the shower in the bathroom highlights another major issue with this hotel, the complete lack of disability care. The hotel's stunning entrances are each lower than its interior level. The only way to get into the hotel without having to climb a number of steps is to go into the hotel's restaurant and find a staff member who can accompany you up in the service elevator. I did not inquire about what provisions are offered if the eatery is extremely busy or closed. In brief, both
