We stayed at this hotel in august 2022 and were very happy with the excellent service. We were upgraded to a family room and our daughter was so happy that she had her own space and pirate hammock. Apart from that, the receptionist gave us endless tips and ideas and thanks to her we had supper on the mountain while looking out over the stars. Our daughter couldnt stop talking about the magical picknick rooms and service are great, and the swimming pool was great! Thank you!.

We had a great time with our baby. The hotel is unquestionably familyfriendly. Fantastic staff. Excellent bar. Wonderful spa and pool. Near the bar is sat t he bar has idly played for kids and if you want to play, there is an adorable little pool for babies. And we adored the cuisine! We will definitely return!.

This place has excellent service. The staff goes above and beyond for you. They serve delicious food, comfortable pillows, and easy access to all ski stations as well as the town center and train station.

The hotel is pleasant. We had a great time there. The pool and wellness area are lovely and suitable for small children because the water is warm. Unfortunately, the hamman broke during our weekend there (the first weekend of the season, so they should have had time to repair and inspect before opening the hotel). They say covid measures include longer dining times, but dinner is served from 7 to 9 p. M. Also, with sanitizer and masulfitric, it appears like preparing for resuscitation before the pandemic. I believe tad more needs to be done. Although quite tiny, kids playroom is nice with good toys and books.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Train stops running around 9 pm, runs every 20 minutes right next to the room. During ski season, the lift to slopes across the street is open. There is a nice cold pool and tiniest hot tub. 5 minute walk to town center. Views of the Matterhorn.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel national. The train station is only ten minutes away, and the sunnegga tram that we used for our hike is directly across the street. It was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Throughout our visit, every member of the staff was outstanding. They were pleasant to deal with and helpful. Large, cozy, clean, spacious room. There were two decks on either side of each of them. Additionally, the bathroom was tastefully decorated, contemporary, spotless, etc. Every chair on the deck with sheepskin on it was quite cozy. Once more, excellent service was provided, as was the case with the terrace. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the exceptional quality of our stay at hotels national zermatt.

We stayed here for a week for skiing half board two weeks ago. This is an amazing place. The rooms are good. It is located directly across from the sunnegga lift. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Half board had stout menu of four courses. There is also glitzy spa. I really like the staff here. They are very friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. Always going out of their way to assist.

Excellent location, tastefully furnished rooms, a fantastic view of the room, and friendly staff. I just finished my weeklong visit, which was fantastic. We had rented savoy for three of us, with plenty of room. Our son loved the netting and hammock across the second floor, especially for its cozyness. The ski room with overnight boot warmers was excellent and very suitable for morning dressing. Although the service in the bar and restaurant for dinner could have been more attentive, the atmosphere of this bar area with live music and piano is warm, while the breakfast was ideal before attempting to ski! There were no issues with our comfort due to covid measures, but the staff was outstanding!.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, making the experience magical. The rooms were comfortable and comfortable, and the spa was amazing and never crowded. But the most important part of the trip was the friendly and kind people who were willing to help with anything. I guess we will be back next year!.

This location is truly remarkable! I wholeheartedly endorse it. The service provided by the reception and the station was exceptional, with excellent service from reception to station pickup. Breakfast was of high quality, offering a delightful experience. It boasted incredibly spacious rooms and an incredible view of the Matterhorn. Additionally, its proximity to sunegga, Gornergrat, and Zermatts center made it convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel is fantastic, with friendly staff and the best amenities. The breakfast is delicious, and we especially love the family room. They offer welcome fruit and choco. Additionally, there is a shuttle service to the taxi hub. And of course, your room has an amazing view of the Matterhorn.

The hotel boasts a traditional design, situated just outside the citys main shopping district. The breakfast offered varying menu options, providing wholesome options. Additionally, the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, offering valuable assistance throughout our stay. Furthermore, there is wifi available, adding convenience to our experience.

This hotel comes highly recommended. We took a tour with colette and arrived for two nights. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options and wellpresented. Our family room was very clean, it had sytayed, had an ensuite bathroom, and had three single beds up the stairs to oath. It also had large nets to prevent children from falling from the loft! We had two balconies, both with dazzling views of the Matterhorn. I would highly recommend it for its many unique features, including the hot tub, water jet for exercise, massage chairs in the pool!. Water temperature was ideal. Even at breakfast, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly.

We stayed at the hotel national zermatt on our Swiss adventure. Our room balcony overlooked the courtyard below and offered a view of the Matterhorn. I enjoyed the pool and spa, and as i was able to spend as much time in the swimming pool between our explorations due to my back issues. The pool is fantastic! It has secret buttons that activate therapies to help you get rid of your pains and aches. Zermatters village is charming. Local vehicles are the only vehicles permitted, but since they are electric, they dont make noise. So you should be careful while walking on the narrow roads to avoid getting hit. We rode the gondolas to the matterhorns observation center. Just wow and sad with the glaciers melting. Therefore, you better hurry and go see this before it disappears because of climate change and global warming.

We stayed at hotel national in early march. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were half board which i highly recommend because the food was delicious, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to the chef who cooked delicious varied meals every day, laurie who runs the restaurant and is so full of energy, and laure who was extremely attentive to detail, very professional and always smiling.

We stayed in this hotel, which is a 5 to 7minute walk from the Zermatt train station. We didnt think it was causing annoyance because we were traveling during the corona pandemic. In comparison to halvepension, we would advise using the l la cart service because the food in the halfpendure was average. Although we didn't hear the street much, the room was close to the road and the railroad tracks. Overall, there are good locations, ok rooms, and i liked that the balcony had vistas of the matterhorn. All additional safety and sanitation measures in covid19 were at the top of this hotels. The spa area was very satisfying.

The hotel stay was fantastic. It was conveniently located near both the matterhorn bahn and the nearby gornergrat strait. The town center is a 5-7minute walk away, and most importantly, the staff is excellent. Fabio and Laurent are the best. One thing to say about this place is that the pillows are too soft.
