We were disappointed that the room type we thought we had reserved was unavailable when we arrived. The receptionists handled the situation well and showed us the available alternatives. They also offered to move us to the room we wanted the next day after we accepted the room offer. The staff was always courteous, polite, and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel with a large room, stunning views from the room window and the grand lobby. Their breakfast spread was extensive and special, with lots of tea options. A minor drawback is that the room could use a bedside table and phone charging stations near the bed.

We had a minor issue at reception at first, but our travel agent and hotel were able to resolve it, and i am happy with the outcome! Everything was incredibly lovely. The supper we had at the hotel was incredibly romantic, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking!.

I booked this based on reviews of the place but didnt find it as good as i expected from reviews. Average room. Dinner is included in the price. There is no buffet. So i asked to cancel the dinner and refund the amount but was told to talk to the superior the next morning with no guarantee of refund. So i reluctantly had dinner. Dinner has limited options and is not at all appealing. We ended up leaving almost all of the food offered. The good thing is that the staff is polite and helpful. Du nord hotel across the street is much better and available at a better price with very polite and friendly staff.

I cant say it is one of the best hotels in interlaken. However, the hotel is really classic. The reception staff were very good to us. However, the staff at the breakfast buffet were really bad, like we asked for something and they brought something else and they behaved like it was our fault. The hotel has parking but you have to pay 25 chf for a night. The rooms are really classic, you can hear the voice or the other room like you are sitting together.

The location is not far from the ost station, next to the paragliding center, very convenient. The room facilities are very complete, but a bit crowded and luggage is difficult to put together. Amazing location, just a short distance from the city center and the train station. Our accommodation had access to an amazing communal deck with views of the alps. The architecture and interior design have a classic european century vibe. The rooms are exquisitely furnished. The only drawback is that due to the buildings age, you can hear a lot of noise from the level above and outside the room door. However, the staff was extremely helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

This is a fantastic antique hotel location in the heart of main street interlaken. You can stroll around at night to discover more places with a night view. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. All of the rooms are quite large, clean and tidy. The view from the room was amazing and you felt relaxed and peaceful throughout your stay. There was a hypermarket, mini market, and restaurant around the hotel. The hotel has a bar and restaurants. That all guests have free wifi. Hotel guests have access to luggage storage. The hotel has wheelchairs.

I recommend staying here. The location is excellent! Its not too far from the retail district. The room was also nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was excellent. They will offer you some hot drinks, and their tea selections are amazing! I love their tea selections there. My room had an amazing view of the mountains.

We stayed here for about 6 nights and had such a great experience. Every member of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, has amazing views, and is in a great location. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.
