Despite the fact that the location is close to the train station, it is still quite busy at this hotel. However, the atmosphere in the room was very peaceful, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was also great. They provide very comfortable and clean accommodation. We booked half board, and we had a wonderful experience. We really like this hotel.

We are extremely fortunate to receive corner room 413, which offers a comfy triple room with three single beds. The area has a beautiful mountain view, is neat, and has good facilities. There is a good friendliness and helpfulness from the staff. There are many options for breakfast, and the room is very cozy even in the chilly beginning of January. It is located just a short stroll from Purugo Train Station. Just a short distance away are many rental ski stores. Two minutes' walk are cable cars. So convenient. The train operates until late at night. It's extremely simple to get around. Will undoubtedly suggest staying here.

Our room was facing the mountain in room 208, but it was fine because not much foot traffic was heard during our stay. The hotel arrangement for the mountain-facing room was wonderful and breathtaking. Memorable! Something to note is that the balcony door was a touch tucked away, so you had to press very hard to lock it. It was extremely chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works but sometimes it doesn't, the room would be very cold and you would instead rely on the blankets to keep you warm. The room, free wifi, breakfast, and public facilities all met our expectations. The wellness area, on the other hand, is a touch overcrowded in the evening, and there were no signs of free towels everywhere. Id find out for myself that towels can be found in each of the compartments in the wellness area if there are no other guest items. My kid enjoyed playing snow and slide in the small playground right in front of the hotel.

If visitors don't leave any other stuff there, Ill definitely use it. The place is so beautiful and breathtaking. But, our room, room 208, is across from the lift, so that's fine. The hotel layout was so beautiful with a mountain view. It's a reminder that the balcony door was a touch off the beaten path and that you had to push very hard to lock it. It was quite chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works, sometimes not, the room would be very cold and you will need blankets to keep you warm if the temperature outside dropped below 10, so the room will be very cold and you have to rely on blankets to keep you warm. Overall, the room, free wifi, breakfast and public facilities surpassed our expectations. On the other hand, the wellness area is a little overcrowded in the evening and there were no signs of free towels available anywhere. As long as there are no other guests' belongings, the towels are available in each of the wellness area compartment.

This hotel is located close to the train station. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We booked half board and all the food was delicious.
